Today - Dunkelweiss 5abv pretty good, light malt some banana on the nose light roast and malt finish 16oz (cloudy, decent but not 'full' flavored) ; Smash IPA 5abv pretty good, light hop nose fairly clean hop almost no bitter finish 16oz? (Served in a totally inappropriate tulip glass, LAME) ; (1890) IPA 6abv good, low hop sweet malt forward with the same on the finish 16oz (you call this an IPA? And again, an ale in a tulip glass, nothing but ignorant) ; (I seem to remember things were better a year ago, today nothing stands out, definitely a downgrade to 3*) Oct2018 - had the O-Fest and the IPA both pretty good (4*) easy to see, right on the street ; no outdoor seating ; no parking ; good WiFi ; board games available ; no TV ; serving sizes and prices are NOT clearly listed ; military discount ; kid friendly ; (5* grading, here, means you need to get down to Denver more often) ; no table service (and the mandatory tip for doing nothing but your job is...

This place presents itself as a veteran owned and veteran friendly place. It’s not it’s a homosexual hookup spot that has not veteran atmosphere to it whatsoever. There’s is baby’s crying and extremely hostel to to straight couples. The people in there are demons jus looking for hookups and poor service being offered to straight couples. No one served us or attended to us. The negative attention we received upon entry was so profound it made me and my wife sick! We totally thought we were going into a veteran owned bar and there’s literally pride stuff everywhere. Disclaimer: me and my wife have nothing against homosexuals, your life your choice! However we felt very discriminatory behavior towards us to the point of us have no to leave. If you are not homosexuals I would not suggest going...

If you're passing through good ol' Cheyenne or maybe you've lived here your whole life and want the to check out the best brewery with the most love look no further! When the owners are in they'll personally stop by your table to see how you're doin'- the beer tenders are knowledgeable and kind hearted. But down to the nitty gritty the regulars are fun and you can strike up a friendly conversation with just about any of them, a real mixing pot of backgrounds I learn new things and meet new people everytime I go in; along with what most people head a brewery for THE BEER! Fantastic selection and all brewed with love and careful thought, I hardly want to stop by a liquor store for a case, just isn't the same. If you love beer, America, and yourself do the latter a favor (that's you) stop...

It's literally in a garage that they've turned into a brewery and service area. It may be small but the beers are especially tasty and also unique in the flavours they offer. For instance they offer a chilli beer. It's very rare that I fnd this. It's also dog friendly! So hopefully you're able to see some doggos if you decide to go. Service was great. The bartender was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't say that social distancing is enforced here. No mask on staff and unsure if there's any limited capacity. However, this may be due to different laws given in Wyoming (we've driven up from Denver, Colorado).

Straight up 5⭐️ for a few reasons. First, they have a spicy beer that mixed with their homemade Michelada mix is one of the best I’ve ever had. This is coming from a Texan that has access to great Michelada’s. Second, dog friendly. Third, they have a nice outdoor seating area and on a great day like I had in May it was amazing. Fourth, they have a food truck parked outside that has some amazing wings. I mean saucy and delicious. They have a great vibe, the bartender was amazing, very friendly and gave me a couple other places to try while I was in town. I will be back.

My boyfriend and I are from San Diego, where there are hundreds of breweries. We came to Cheyenne for the rodeo, not expecting to find many bars/breweries in town, but we were so happy to have stumbled across this hidden gem!! Freedom's Edge is small but definitely worth the visit. My boyfriend swears the IPA at Freedom's Edge is better than any of the thousands (millions?) of IPA's he's ever had. He could not stop raving about how good their beer is. I had the Hazy and was really happy with my selection as well.
