Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Wait times are always long, and the staff is so incredibly rude and always in a bad mood. You can never trust their hours either- google will say they are open and they will be closed 8 out of 10 times. They also do not have a direct phone number to call ahead and check. I've had so many poor experiences here. My latest one was when I had a prepaid package that was ready to drop off and instead of helping me, they ignored my questions and then insisted that I wait in line (which was over 15+ min). I've submitted a formal complaint but nothing has changed. The only reason I kept coming here is because its the closest to my apartment. However recently I found a much better place. The African American woman you have delivering mail to the Sandburg association the James house to be exact must have intellectual disabilities or is remedial. Today Dec 9th she got here at 1pm it is now 4pm and she is still putting mail in the boxes. This is unacceptable I have no problem with people who have a handicap or something is wrong but she needs to go work with boxes not sensitive mail that people are waiting on. Went at 5:22p on Friday June 20th 2025 after work to mail something out. The two women said they’re closed. I reminded them they close at 5:30p. She then said the system is down and started muttering under her breath. I kept standing there looking at her and they were working on the system - assuming they were doing their daily closing checklist. The fact that she was muttering under her breath suggests that the system was not down and she was just being lazy and did not want to do her job. If the system was down - she would have said that before lying about being closed. Why do people get jobs if they don’t...
