To the times of customer service to the detail of food and secrets to save on the restaurant expenses.

The food was not fresh after 3 PM and later my friend tried the mutton curry and found something off like it was made two ago with poor care of the customer and just wanted the food fast to the customer by warming it up from the previous batch.

The parking is an issue being in Downtown and the overall fast pace of nature requires the restaurant to give people more choice in the fact of care and time. My order was given to someone else and I had to wait for 20 minutes plus the 30 minutes when I placed the order by phone it's 2025 people.

Finally the vibes are not here because of inflation people want fast food with high quality and great service. I did not find it here and just to Wingstop or a Chinese buffet to get better quality time...

I have been driving taxi and uber for past 15+ years in Chicago and Indiana area. There is vegetable items really is true hidden gem, especially during the lunch time right when they bring it off fhe stoves I love it with Chapati or white rice. I always get vegetables dishes it’s honestly so good and tastes just like home. Bhindi bhaji, aloo palak, and other vegetable dishes. অনেক দিনের ভাবনা ছিল, শিকাগোর মতো জায়গায় বাংলাদেশি খাবারের রেস্টুরেন্ট নেই কেন?! বিদেশি বন্ধুদের বাংলা খাবারের স্বাদ বোঝাতে ইন্ডিয়ান-পাকিস্তানি খাবার খাইয়ে বলতাম, “এর চেয়েও মজার খাবার আছে!” যাই হোক, প্রথমবার সেখানে গিয়ে খাবার খাওয়ার আগেই আতিথেয়তায় মুগ্ধ হলাম! বড় ভাইয়ের মতো প্লেটে তুলে সব খাবার টেস্ট করতে দিলেন! কারণ অবশ্য ছিল—আমরা বিয়ের খাবারের অর্ডার করতে গিয়েছিলাম। সেদিন টেস্ট করা খাবারগুলোর মধ্যে বাটার চিকেনটা সেরা ছিল, কিন্তু পরের দিন যখন “বিয়েবাড়ির খাবার” এলো—পোলাও-রোস্ট থেকে শুরু করে দই পর্যন্ত, এক কথায় অসাধারণ ছিল। মুরব্বি থেকে শুরু করে ছোটরা সবাই রেস্টুরেন্টের লোকেশন নিয়ে নিলো। আমাদের দেশি বিয়ের প্রোগ্রামের একটা বড় অংশই হচ্ছে খাবার, Masala Magic পুরো ব্যাপারটা সুন্দরভাবে সামলে দিয়েছে। ধন্যবাদ!

( I had been wondering for a long time, why isn’t there a Bangladeshi restaurant in a place like Chicago?! To explain the taste of Bangladeshi food to my friends, I would treat them to Indian-Pakistani food and say, “ours is even tastier food than this!” Anyway, the first time I went there, even before tasting the food, I was impressed by their hospitality! Like elder brothers, they served me a plate full of different dishes to taste! There was a reason for it, of course—we had gone to place a wedding food order. Among the items we tasted that day, the butter chicken was the best, but the next day, when the “wedding feast” arrived—starting from the polao-roast to the yogurt, everything was simply mind-blowing. From the elders to the youngsters, everyone took note of the restaurant’s location. A big part of our traditional Bangladeshi wedding program is the food, and Masala Magic handled the whole thing beautifully....
