All Meal Prep — Local services in Chicago

All Meal Prep delivered my meals to the wrong address. When I called to say that I hadn't received it, they simply said, "yes, we did, and here's a photo." Duh... their photo was of a unit in the building next door! But I didn't know that until the next morning when I got a phone call from the adjacent building saying that the resident found the meals outside their apartment door. They had sat there all night. I emailed and called All Meal Prep several times but they never responded -- simply ghosted me. Btw, all the meals were spoiled after they were sitting unrefrigerated in a warm hallway for twelve hours. Almost $200 worth. Such a shame. When delivering meals to a new customer (this was first time), the service should call or hand the food to the customer. This happened just a few months back, so there was no stipulation to leave stuff outside one's door due to covid. I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm not on a special diet or trying to workout, I just don't like anything to do with cooking and would rather spend my time doing other things. I've been using All Meal Prep for about a month now and I'm extremely impressed. When you unpack the glass containers from your first delivery you'll be skeptical about how much food is inside each container....but once you empty it onto a plate you'll be shocked at how they managed to fit so much fresh, healthy, and very tasty food into such a small container. I've tried other meal delivery services, both local and national, and All Meal Prep has the highest quality ingredients by a long shot. I showed my co-workers and family and now a bunch of them are considering ordering for themselves!
