McDonald's — Restaurant in Chicago

I waited 45 mins to get my food once order was placed. That was after waiting 15 mins to place my order. Once I did get my food I was missing an item. It took another 15 mins for me to get that item. The item missing was a mcchicken no mayo. The mcchicken I eventually got had mayo. At that point It had been over an hour and I no longer had more time to wait. I threw it away as I cannot eat mayo. I found once I pulled my fries out that the large fry was only half full. I know the different between stuffed and fluffed as I was a manager at a McDonald's for 3 years. This fry was just straight up missing half. At this point the fries had turned ice cold and did not taste fully cooked so I also threw those away. I did not receive the sauce for my nuggets. The lobby sweet tea was empty, I then tried rootbeer which was out, then tried Sprite which was also out. I waited so long go get my order fixed that all my food was then ice cold as it had been sitting in the bag while I tried to get my order fixed. Overall it was what I would call it a nightmare experience with an fast food establishment for sure. I travel/tour constantly which leads me to eating at McDonald's all over the country. I can say without a doubt this was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's and the worst I've ever had at any restuarant. This has effected me enough that I will not be spending money at a McDonald's any time in the near future if ever again. There are plenty of other...

Literally JUST ordered from here. I can not explain how horrible this order was. I ordered specifically what I wanted. I looked in the bag, and every item was there. So I thought. Got home and went to eat it, and for one, I ordered 2 McChickens. Yet, they gave me 1 McChicken, and one McChicken with cheese.. okay. Understandable. Not happy, but whatever. Opened my 'mcdouble', and all it was is two completely black patties, as in two charred pieces of rubber that I could smell burnt before I even opened it. Not only that, but it only had cheese. When did a mcdouble only have cheese? Never. Also, I got a 2 cheeseburger meal for my fiance, and guess what? They had absolutely nothing on them. No cheese, no Ketchup, nothing. Also, you guessed it, they were completely black, charred pieces of meat. I hate to review places negatively. But this food is literally sickining. Who knowingly burns the hell out of their food, and serves it anyways? Whoever is working tonight should rethink what they're doing. This is...

Horrible service. Me and my family ordered 2 senior drinks and they didn’t give it to us. We asked repeatably if they could please give us a senior drinks as we bought them. They continuously said no and even when they had the receipt they would not give us the senior cups. The kiosk did not give us a receipt. The first kiosk we tried broke down. We pushed the help button multiple times and nobody came. My grandparents were very thirsty and had to suffer without their drinks. We asked multiple times for help and nobody helped us. The lady who was serving us completely ignored me as well as some other customers and had an attitude when I tried to ask for help. My sister now has a horrible migraine due to this, as she could not keep asking and I had to come in her place. Definitely do not recommend...
