Jamba — Restaurant in Chico

I wish I could give minus stars instead of one star. I ordered an Orange juice with NO ICE since I was told that they were out of carrot. The tall blond haired youngster who took the order disappeared in to back of the store. I kept asking the other boys whether my order was being processed ? They said it was but no one seemed to be making the orange juice . In the mean time , another lady who had placed an order also got her juice while I was still waiting . There were more staff members than customers at that point of time . After waiting 8-10 minutes , the same person showed up front with a glass full of juice , which he proceeded to put a cover and a straw and I thought it was for me, but he proceeded to start drinking as apparently it was for himself . When I asked again , he went back inside the rear end of the store and got my drink which was full of ICE !! I wondered why it was such a big problem to just get a glass of juice on such a hot day . When We asked to be refunded what we had paid for , we were told they can only refund us in cash or else we have for the manager to come back . The staff really doesn’t care for the customer and are very disrespectful.I want the business owner to know that his staff is terrible and he should be aware this will ruin his business and reputation . On the whole it was a HORRIBLE experience and TERRIBLE service , I won’t be going back to this mockery of Jamba Juice . . I immediately went to the other Jamba Juice located at North Valley plaza and got the Orange-Carrot No ICE juice with NO HASSLES in...

I love Jamba Juice!! My personal favorite is the Razzmatazz with extra frozen pineapple added.

I really appreciate the flexibility of the workers who, despite this not being specifically on the menu, roll with it, and always make it cheerfully. I couldn't ask for anything better from them!! Lately, they've also been leaving fun little notes on my drinks, which are so cute. 😊

There is some food here, but my personal favorite is the pretzels. I really like ordering my smoothie with the not-sweet pretzel (I forgot what it's called, and what's on it).

Smoothie was amazing, but that’s all I have to say for positive We go in and the kid working asks my family if we’re paying cash or card and we reply with card so we’re told to do it at the kiosk, ok sure thing, Then a girl comes in after us and he pretty much sprints to the counter, takes her order and she pays with a card Then the next family that walks in he asks if they’re paying with cash or card and then asks them to put their order in themselves as well as everyone else Plus the place was awkwardly quiet, just an odd environment to top it off
