0 star service! Last night at around 6pm me and my mom went into the lobby for dinner. There were three guys sitting at a table eating their food, but no one else in line or in the lobby. We stood and looked at the menu for a bit, then moved up closer to the counter when we were ready to order. The girl working said "someone will be with you in a minute or you can order on the kiosk". My mom doesn't like using technology, especially if she doesn't have to, so we continued to wait. My mom tried to ask about a menu item and was completely ignored. We waited a few more minutes and the girl continued to take and make about 5 drive thru orders while we were standing there. She even took money, including dirty change from a person at the window, and went back to making another person's food without changing her gloves. She stood talking and laughing with her coworker and would give me dirty looks. I said "we're ready to order now." so she said once more, "someone will be with you in a minute unless you want to use the kiosk." I said, "we're not using the kiosk" so she said "okay someone will be with you in a minute" in a snarky tone, so we walked out and went to White Castle, where they were more than happy to wait on us, even apologising for the wait time as they had several large drive thru orders, but still got to us in a polite timely manner. No one should be forced to use technology if they don't want to just because workers want you to do their job for them, and they should prioritise people in the lobby or at least prioritise them by the order they come in. I didn't get a good picture as I took it when we were walking out, but the girl had ginger hair and black...
Read moreWent thru drive thru, paid for the order, guy handed the bag out with not a word. He left the credit card we paid with on the counter. We sat there and sat there but no one looked at us - too busy talking and restocking cups. Finally someone came back to the window and handed us 2 more bags of food - not ours as it turned out, and the credit card was still on the counter. Finally got the food sorted out, left the drive-thru and sat in the parking lot to eat our food because by then it was almost cold. The taco shells tasted like they've had them in storage since 1972. After I ate the tacos and reached in the bag for my cheese roll-up - you guessed it, cheese roll-up wasn't there. Walked into the counter and told them what they forgot. They made it pretty fast and some woman flopped the bag on the counter - obviously she hates her job - and shuffled away with no word, no smile, nothing. I thanked her and left. I don't typically get worked up if someone is rude because that's what the world has come to. I don't know what's going on in their personal life, but at least look up and acknowledge I'm there. I guess seeing the other comments, those folks have a bad day.EVERY DAY. Food service industry is hard and I wanted to share my experience so keep your expectations low if you...
Read moreEdit: It needs to be stressed, this location is one of the dirtiest reaturaunts I've been in, in this area. I've posted pictures, but the windows and doors alone make me second guess eating there, and it's always like that! I went in there again today, forgetting how much I dont like that location for this reason, and overheard another customer making an issue about an employee returning from the restroom, having not washed their hands. I dont understand how they pass inspection, I wonder of all the people that get sick. I love taco bell...this location needs to be reported.
If you go through the drive thru, check your bag. Every time I go thru this location, something is wrong. No fork. Multiple food items missing. Chips spilled all over. One time the nacho cheese was spilled all over the bags and other items, which ended up getting cheese all over my car because I didn't realize. The people are nice amd make it right...just make sure you check your bag before you leave the property as something will...
