I can tell base off if he had experience or not, because the way he handle those costumer and the way he make the drinks make me feels like he’s got all the recipe programmed in his head. I see this one girl the other taking so long with the orders and the store was packed with people and the lady and the kid was standing there waiting for there drinks and when I saw that guy came out probably from his break or lunch, he rush through everything and in 5-7 mins everything is gone and not to sound judgy I think at the same the time he was training that worker because I’ve been here multiple times and that I’ve never seen that new guy and also, that guy deserve a raise because whoever hired him just got lucky because I’ve seen him like every other week and I wanna gave him a 10$ tip but he can’t hear me due to him trying his best to help his co worker and made sure everything in this store got there drinks. Ordered a drink from the kiosk, waited 20 minutes, and my drink still wasn't ready. Then they served up 5 drinks to people that ordered after we had already ordered, and sat down to wait. I took my receipt to the guy at the register, and asked if one was mine. They had forgotten my order, then he tried to act like it was because I ordered from the kiosk (2 of the drinks they did for another customer were ordered from the kiosk also). I asked for a refund, he tried to make me a drink, but I refused. 20 minutes was long enough. Then he got the girl to try and do a refund, but neither knew how. They called someone to ask about how to do a refund, but then he starts talking in another language, and I was done waiting by that point. If you can't speak English in front of your customers you shouldn't speak at all. I left without a refund. My drink alone was over $9.00. I still want a refund. This...

I don’t know why my drink, the brown sugar milk tea is so good and perfect and i always got that guy with the glasses, I think the brown sugar milk tea is his signature drink that’s why it’s sooo good, and I highly recommend the brown sugar milk tea with the black pearl chewy ones(clearly I don’t know what’s it called) so yeah that’s it.
