Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Chipley

I called the newly opened Domino’s here about delivery and Dawn told me that my address didn’t automatically fill in her system. She placed me on hold and went and checked and told me she was not positive but she thought based on looking at the map that they did. And that if they did, it doesn’t mean they would continue as it looks to be on the cusp of the cutoff.

Dawn called right back to correct themselves, but both dealings with their employee Dawn were great as far as customer service. They actually called back, something rare anymore. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life including Domino’s in my youth. Dawn has a great attitude and left me unable to be upset. It’s so rare to hear such a positive tone in employees anymore. Great job Dawn!

My family and I were coming back from a late night football game, just needing some food to feed my young children and their friends. My husband called our local dominos ordering pizzas, at 10:34. Their website said they closed at 11:00, but when the computer took us to customer service,, the lady hung up on us after we asked how many pizzas we ordered. We went to the building asking for service, and a man came out to my husband and gave him some rude commentary. They told us they could deliver, but our house is out of the delivery zone. They continued to be rude to my husband and denied service. This should not be how any establishments treat customers, especially those who are will to support and pay. Ordered 18 different pizzas for the kids and parents at the Fountain Community Center. For people do not like the same items and many kids now days have allergies to different items to pick up the large pizza s with NO LABELS or tags was told they stopped that 6 months ago even though the box says PUT LABEL HERE so asked can you at least write what is on what box to get the responds DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS IN EACH BOX BECAUSE MOST YOU ORDERED EXTRA CHEESE ON TOP so already paid had people waiting so had to take so had 18 large pizzas with no idea what I had or who I am going to KILL with the food I have just put the pizzas on the table and had signs printed DOMINO'S DID NOT MARK AND HAD NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE.
