Wendy's — Restaurant in Chipley

8/31/25 1:50pm: The woman with the brown hair in a bun at the register needs a major attitude adjustment. If you hate your job absolutely that much, then quit.

ALSO. I returned my fries because they were cold, soggy and had some thin fragment-like pieces of what looked like plastic or something in them. There were only a few. Another customer returned their fries right before me. As I was waiting another female customer that just finished ordering food let me know she put my fries and the other gentlemans fries BACK ON THE WARMER! I touched the fries with my hands... I even pulled out a fry at the counter to show the woman the little piece of foreign onbject on it. I manage restaurants. Reselling food that has already been distributed to a consumer IS ILLEGAL TO RESELL. I physically touched the fries infront of the worker and she still put them back up there. This is seriously concerning for public safety and proper food handling. Will be contacting the Florida Health Department and letting them know of this, and Wendy's corporation. (Also mind you the young girl at the fry station saw her place both fries back up there and said nothing. So this really concerns me at how often...

Went through the drive through a couple days ago and all you smelt was marijuana (like they were hot boxing the building type strong). The women who took the order was rude as hell! Then I get to the window all you heard was cussing f this and f that. I check the bag and the Oder was wrong so I walk inside….. there was a tea container leaking all over the counter, napkins all over the ground, no straws in the lobby at all (one of the things they forgot) the manager that asked what was wrong was rude and pretty much slammed her food she was eating on the counter. To avoid any problems I went to the bathroom and it was worse than their customer service! No toilet paper or paper towels so my child couldn’t even go to the bathroom. I go back out to get the food, and was still wrong! And again all you hear is cussing I look back and the skinny women with dark hair is the one yelling the f word and every cuss word in the book. But like I said the order was still wrong NEVER going back...

DO NOT STOP HERE!!! My family and I stopped here during our road trip home to grab a quick dinner to take with us and use the bathroom. First off the women’s bathroom was absolute disgusting. Like I get we’re in FL but there were flies all inside the dining area and all in the bathroom. It smelled like old urine and the floor was sticky with lord knows what. There was group of employees doing a meeting in the back that broke out into a physical fight. Lots of sweat works screaming between all of them and someone tried throwing a chair. My 5 year old was crying and scared to death. I literally left my drink at the machine and left. I was scared someone was going to have a gun and start shooting. It was that out of control. A short stop traumatized my 5 year old. There were 2 other little girls in there too that also were unfortunately witnessing it. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. Already reported it on Waze. It is complete trash. I felt so bad...
