Last time I order from this location in Chubbuck, Idaho. 3rd time is the charm, in a row I should mention. First time was about a year ago. They must’ve been doing a promotion for their employees for online reviews when you mention said employee. The dine-in cashier was pestering us while we were eating our food to leave a review for her and mention her by name. She asked us several times and each time we told her we would leave a review once we were done eating. She kept on and eventually pestered my wife enough to fill out the review for herself on my wife’s phone. I couldn’t believe the level of harassment. Second time was about 2 months ago. It was on a Saturday around 2pm when we were done grocery shopping and running errands. They weren’t busy because we were the only ones in dine-in. They had maybe a few cars in drive through but it took nearly 10 min for them to get our food out to us. I know it was 10 min because I used the Burger King app and the 15 min timeout for the coupon was about to expire. Not only that but every table was filthy and the floors were sticky. We finally found a table in the corner and was able to clean it off enough to sit down. Luckily we have wipes for our infant daughter that we used to clean off the table. There were several (at least 2) employees in the front working and at least another few dedicated to drivethru. You’d think during slow times they’d clean up and restock...which reminds me as I’m writhing this...they didn’t have any napkins or paper cups for ketchup, so I had the ask a employee for both. The third time was today 8/12/19 around 12:15pm. I was in the drive through for almost 20 min. Again I knew because I used the Burger King app for the coupons. The coupon expired before I got my food. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve worked several years in the fast food industry so I know things can go bad but this is past the point of acceptable service. My experiences have been over the span of a year and every time have been absolutely unacceptable. The reason they’ve been so spread out is because I work and live closer to the other locations. I only go to this one when it’s “convenient”...there’s nothing convenient about this location from my experiences. You’ve lost my business, which I admit isn’t a lot, but I’ll share the word about this Chubbuck, Idaho location when topics come up and find other restaurants to eat at. Now I’ve gotta scarf down my lunch after spending most of my lunch waiting in drive thru and the other writing this review. I’d suggest you guys greatly improve your services. If I could I’d would’ve given...
Read moreKids had been begging to come here for the playground since we moved back to the area. Prices were high, it took them 45 minutes just to make mine and 3 kid's meals. Ran into someone we knew there around the time we went to leave and spoke with them later and they asked if we had a long wait for our food? They told me they waited for nearly 2 hours! My own chicken sandwich was so terrible that I gagged. It was so gross and greasy that it tasted as if they had just thrown the excuse of a piece of chicken into a cold fryer and then forgot about it. The bun was completely saturated in oil, as well as a bit of pooled grease in the wrapper and was cold! It was disgusting. We were given our cups to fill while we waited for them to bring us our meal. After around 30 minutes I went to ask what the hold up was and then to refill my drink where it had been so long. They told me there were no refills and that I would need to buy another drink. We finally got our food. Kids picked at theirs, but my older daughter confirmed that my sandwich was the worst. I took just the sandwich back up to the registers to show them and ask to have just that sandwich refunded. The gal working the front even agreed that it was bad and looked gross. She said that it had been just her and one person in the back trying to run the place all day by themselves and told me to call corporate, and then told me there was nothing that she could do and she would have to grab her manager, who was in the office and not the person struggling in the back attempting to cook. She came out and asked me what did I expect. I was floored by her attitude. She said "fine, I'll have them make you a new one." I kindly declined saying that after the long wait that we had we were now running late for an appointment (as it had been an hour at that point). She said that she would have to figure it out, and then fiddled with the register for the next 10 minutes. So by the time we left the restaurant we were all hungry, thirsty, and late. And considering fast food is there to be just that. Fast. And to leave hungry and thirsty despite being stuck there so long, was irritating. I always spoke kindly and respectfully. And the original employee that asked me to call corporate was apologetic and helpful. But the supposed manager was curt and rude. I have never cared for Burger King so it had been a long time since having it. This was a solid reminder in why we should...
