No options for gluten intolerant people. I really hate giving bad reviews, but the treatment I received here is completely unacceptable. I came for lunch with a large group of family members hoping to enjoy some time together. The waitress was very rude and unfriendly to begin with, but shrugged it off at first. When I informed her I was gluten intolerant and asked for recommendations on what I could eat, she said she doesn’t know what that is and doesn’t know what to tell me to order. I was a bit baffled. In this day and age, how can you work at a restaurant and not know what gluten intolerance is? I wasn’t expecting to eat pizza, but I thought they might have something else their kitchen could cook to accommodate? A plain chicken breast & some vegetables maybe? This had never happened to me before at any restaurant. My family ate their meal while I went hungry. I went to the front and complained to a couple employees and a supervisor and they said they were sorry but everything is pre-made and breaded. Gluten-free options are something they are “working on” but don’t have available. I expressed my distress and disappointment. Please don’t come here if you are gluten intolerant or gluten sensitive. They are not educated or informed...
Read moreLet me start by saying the food was reasonably priced. My partner and I went here with high hopes based on the previous reviews. However, the service was not good at all. The server had short timers disease because very little attention was paid. Once we finished eating what we were going to eat of the food, we waited for quite some time for our server to come to our table since it was obvious we weren't eating anymore. He never came, I had to call to him and even then he didn't come right away. At least a half a dozen times another young man came vigorously sweeping by or table while we were trying to eat. While I appreciate the cleanliness, it's not necessary that many times when no one else had been seated. We ordered the lasagna ravioli combo. The lasagna was okay, the ravioli was supposed to be meat but it didn't taste like any meat I've ever tasted. We also tried a meatball, that was good. I will not be returning to this particular location ever again. Even though it's the closest, I will try out the IB location and hope for better service. We arrived just before 8 pm and they closed at 9 pm. We were gone before 9 pm. If you go here, maybe try a different...
Read moreI'm so sad. I hate to write bad reviews since my husband and I were so stoked to try out this place. The hostess was so friendly, I knew it would be great but unfortunately it stopped there. We waited a while to even be acknowledged once being seated and then once we ordered we waited almost and hour for our pizza. Thankfully I had ordered a dinner salad as an appetizer. I'm all about flukes happening but we waited an additional 15 minutes after asking about our food with the response that it would be "4 more minutes". After getting our pizza it was really underwhelming and my husband who will eat just about anything ate once slice of the medium pizza. The man who bussed the table noticed that we didn't eat 6 of the 8 slices and asked if we didn't like it. I said we didn't and he apologized which we appreciated. When the waitress asked if we didn't want to take the rest home, I said no thank you and she handed us our $40 bill. As a former waitress I would have handled most of the "issues" differently and a sincere apology goes a long way since I would never ask for anything to be comped and I would never short waitstaff. Just all around loss for us. Maybe it was...
