Most disappointing. We left without food. I asked for a build your own salad with chicken salad. The young man making the food asked what kind of bagel do you want this on. I said I want a build your own salad like this board shows. I want it with chicken salad, croutons and a little extra mayo. He asked do you want a chicken Caesar salad, and he proceeded to tell me what was in it. I said, no, and I repeated what I asked for, he tried again for a bagel, and I repeated again that I wanted a salad. He said so you want a chicken Caesar salad. I tried one more time and he went through the bagel or Caesar salad questions. He was getting more and more rude and I admit I was getting irritated. He finally went back to the kitchen and we left , leaving the sandwich he had made for my husband behind.

We were served 2 egg breakfast sandwiches sans egg and instead of smoked salmon cream cheese we got a bagel with tuna salad. The whole setup is really inefficient leading to most of these errors. Instead of each employee having 1 or 2 tasks like at subway or Chipotle everyone kind of does their own thing until they get to the register. All the employees just move back and forth in a jumbled mess. In any case, bruegger's is an expensive place for breakfast and I wouldn't even pay McDonald's prices to have my order butchered like this.

Terrible service. Clueless employees who don't keep the store open during its limited business hours. Stopped going 2 years ago after an employee used my reward points instead of giving me the email promotion of a free item. She wouldn't correct the error. No apology. Tried emailing the rewards helpline since there's no phone #, but of course, there was no response.
