McDonald's — Restaurant in Cincinnati

This location used to be top tier fast food service and quality. I’m not sure what happened but it’s no longer what it once was. Today, I ordered 3 Oreo McFlurrys. 1 regular, 2 with extra, extra Oreo. When we get to the food pick up window, they handed me three cups, no holder, and as they handed them to me I looked inside and they all looked the same, like regulars, no extra Oreo at all. I asked them how I could tell the reg and extra toppings apart, and the young lady at the window looked up at the screen and likely only then realized that they were special ordered asked the woman behind her, I’m assuming she’s the person that prepared them, “ they are different how do they which one is reg or extra?” and she replied, ‘ they will figure it out’. The young lady at window turned to me and said, ‘ I don’t know ‘ and shut the window. So, after getting home and stirring the ice cream around to decide which 2 had more Oreos, we discovered none of them had more. All 3 had the same standard amount, after I happily paid close to $4, almost the cost for another whole McFlurry for the extra toppings they didn’t give. Which I expected because of how they seem surprised when I asked how to tell them apart. Good thing we stopped at UDF on the way home to grab some Oreo ice...

This McDonald's and their employees clearly dislike serving breakfast as it's a total crap shoot if you go anytime during the last half hour(10-10:30) when they're supposed to be serving it. Most of the time they will be out of the round eggs for McMuffins and substitute folded microwaved egg patties instead which are awful(sometimes they don't even tell you). That or they will switch to lunch before the cutoff(as early as 10:15). At which point you either have to get a cheeseburger at 10:15am or wait for the line of cars in front of you that blocks everyone in to move forward enough to go around them and go someplace else. It's a shame because as a general rule the employees/managers are otherwise very polite and the customer service is above average. They just taper off breakfast service at 10am which is really frustrating for someone that enjoys these particular products above all else and tends to get there between 10 and 10:30 in the morning. After today's experience, I just won't visit this location anymore and recommend others to steer clear as they don't seem to place a high priority on having food available when...

The drive through line here can get frustrating because it doesn’t move real fast all the time and you can’t escape if you get angry and want to get out of it. You’re trapped. Sometimes you want to get out of line because you don’t want to get abused by one of the mean cashiers. Mean as rattlesnakes sometimes. Particularly if you interrupt them when they are on their phone(s) and you inconvenience them by wanting to pay for your food. I know, it’s a tight labor market, but for God’s sake, make some of these girls go to charm school or something.

The restaurant was recently remodeled and has a clean and comfortable dining room which is a little on the small side.

The employees inside are kind and helpful. My order is always correct here and the food is great. The restaurant is very easy to find and there is ample parking.

I was treated very politely the last time that I visited. The food came out very fast despite the fact that they were very busy. Much better alternative than Ridge Avenue. (Unless you are masochistic…….. I...
