Sadly to say it is a meat market and the bartender specifically Brian tends to not reason with the customers. He is how to say it thinks his way or no way. What has happened to customer service? Logically you want to keep customers happy and rationalize what is going on not say something that is offensive to one customer and ok with the other. I would not recommend this place yes place if you are over the age of 25. If younger you will love the meat market and the staff that can handle the younger crowd. Cheers! I like the upstairs for groups. Good atmosphere and dozen or so draught beers on tap w a neat electronic menu to shop them overhead. Outside seating is very nice: 13 tables accommodating 4 each plus a couple of "for-standing" cocktail height tables way in the back of the patio area. There's fans outside for the warm days and heaters for the chill ones. A tad more, shall I say, "upscale" or nicer than The Oak and Oakley Tavern that also have outdoor seating in this area, but that's not in any way meant to detract from those fine places, just an "atmospheric" observation. It's JUST a bar. STALE popcorn is the ONLY edible - which isn't "Food" by any stretch of the imagination. There is ZERO service (one pays at the bar with a SADLY Scant selection of beer). ATMOSPHERE? JEEEZUS there are a few TVs with sporting events on them and an effing wooden HARP upstairs. What, in the name of GOD, makes this an even remotely "IRISH" pub? SICK stupid joke. We won't be back.
