The coffee drinks are good. And the breakfast sandwiches are heated perfectly. BUT the drive thru access is usually a nightmare. Cars lined up on Glenway. Cars that approach from the parking lot to join drive thru create a mess of whose turn is it. A couple days ago I arrived to a chalkboard blocking the drive thru enty. It said Welcome Back. Line Starts Here. Um, huh? So I parked. Another customer told me they're closed. It was noon. I walked up to the door. NO SIGN had been put on the door that they were closed. Employee told me that they got a call at 9am from regional manager to close shop for undisclosed reason. I couldn't believe no one had the mindfulness to put up a sign! I asked him Who do all these cars belong to? He said The employees. I told him that's messed up. You guys are taking up customer spaces. There were 7 spaces filled with employee cars. Read moreA friend and I met at this Starbucks since the one at Target across the street currently has no dine-in. Its location smack dab in the middle of Kroger is loud and busy, so definitely not the best ordering experience. Two women were working behind the counter; both were friendly, though one stood out as being especially so. We paid $6.00 even for two drinks and sat down for a chat. They only have two tables for two, located on the opposite side of Starbucks from the entrance, but this is likely due to the pandemic. My friend and I were able to be somewhat secluded, so that was nice! Both our drinks were decent--Starbucks coffee tends to taste on the bitter side to me. I wish this location was along the side of the store rather than in the middle of chaos, because it would've been a nicer place to hang out at. Read moreI’ve been going to this Starbucks for years, I really, really like everyone but lately there has been one employee who is super rude to me, she makes me wait in line forever, she’s speaks very rude to me. She rolls her eyes at me and takes off to the bathroom every time I’m in line. I hear other customers complaining about the wait time when she is working. I definitely understand the shortage as far as employees go but to make rude comments about customers while they are in line is total completely ridiculous!!
