Taro milk tea was very powdery and Its been more than two times now that i have got a powdery taro milk tea, which I have eventually thrown away. Taro milk tea is my favourite, but for some reason at chatime they always give me a powdery tea.

Edit: (reply) I gave two stars because I didnt like it. I have been drinking taro for more than a year. I have liked it at other places like bobacha and also at chatime in columbus, and the chatime in columbus doesnt give me powdery drinks. It is always well mixed and bobas are more fresh. Mind you I did not mention how unfresh and hard the bobas were.

Also, mind you this review is not just to get a free tea, I experienced the same unmixed, powdery drink with hard bobas yet again. I did not like it and so the review. Please learn to accept criticism from your customers and work on it rather than just not accepting and defending your product which a customer has genuinely not...

We are very disappointed with this place, we ordered a rice dish the food was under cooked, it looks like it's leftover food. Things are way too expensive for the food, you get very little amount of food. Also, the service was horrible, we ask for plates multiple times and they take a long time to bring us the things that we need, then we ask for just hot water for our hot pot, but they never bring it to us, the food was either too salty or too bland. Also, the food are not fresh here. One more thing to keep in mind, if you are in a hurry, don't come here to eat, they take forever to bring you your food and they tend to forget to bring you the food that you ordered. I don't recommend this place, will never come back to eat (ps I heard a guy talk about us, when we were going to pay...

When I walked in, there was a child at the register……………. Maybe 10 years old. You order on a kiosk, and there wasnt information about non-dairy options for the MILK TEA. So I asked the child, and he answered very quickly that they are dairy free because they use a powder, not liquid milk. Well, thats not how that works so my friend with a dairy allergy just decided to get a green yeast instead!

An adult came out to help with the order, and both of our drinks were backwards- my “milk” tea toppings were in my friends green tea and vice versa. At this point after waiting we were just like ok whatever this is weird lets go but after trying them, I am very disappointed that I spent 20$ on two drinks very poorly made.
