Mr V's Deli — Restaurant in City of Beacon

The food is pretty good but the vibes are weird. The old white-haired woman who took my order was cold and strange. She was rude and whispered to her coworker about me when I asked to add cheese to my sandwich which I had forgotten to tell her. She had only just started making it. She acted extremely inconvenienced by this regardless. It was uncomfortable because I could clearly hear her complaining about me and saw her making a sour face. Overall, they are also are often out of things, seem pretty unorganized and work slowly. I could maybe look past these things if it wasn’t such a bizarrely hostile environment. Welp.... Born and raised in Beacon, Mr. V's was the best go to spot for our breakfast and lunch sandwiches... Sadly unfortunate I have to say that the good sized "Bacon Egg and Cheese" is no longer on their repertoire. Definitely heartbreaking when we got the sandwiches. Disappointed is an understatement...

I will say that I use to love this place, always will! A beautiful family that served our community for decades!!

Listen up folks, this is it Jim. Hands down best sandwich spot. No more going down to the city for good eats. We have it right here in the heart of beacon. You can smell the bacon once you enter city. The women in there are as loving and caring it feels at home. You can taste the love in their sandwich’s. This place is a cherry on top to my morning hikes💙. If you’re looking for a big breakfast, I say accept the bacon egg and cheese challenge and get the hero. Till next time...
