My fiancé and I have both utilized popular meal delivery companies in the past. They were always too small, expensive, and lacked versatility. It was always frustrating being forced to purchase a certain number of meals in a “box” just to be left disappointed. We were thrilled to learn there was a better alternative less than a 5 minute drive from our home. We both frequently purchase redefine meals to help get us through long work weeks when we find little time to prepare macro friendly meals. The variety and quantity of meals is impressive, and it’s so nice being able to stop by and grab what you need for the week without excess. If stopping by in person isn't for you, they also deliver through apps like uber eats as well, so there are options for everyone, regardless of your schedule. Went into Redefine for first time on Monday. Was skeptical at first after trying other meal prep companies. Joey was able to assist me with all my needs. He kindly introduced himself, gave me the rundown on how the meals work, and even offered his phone number in case I had any questions about losing weight. He was absolutely exceptional, my girlfriend and I will 100% be back and we hope to see him again.

I’m very happy I’ve rediscovered Redefine Meals with their Long Beach location because it’s right near the LIRR. I work in the city and end up paying $25+ a day for lunch with subpar macros and mediocre food.
