Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in City of White Plains

Myself and a group of 15 others had our fantasy draft at Buffalo wild wings in White Plains yesterday 03/26 at 12PM. First we were promised the upstairs, but were told there wasn’t enough waiters, and we had to stay downstairs next to the blaring music while we try to announce our picks to each other.

We did our best to make due with these awful conditions by shouting over the music and having to repeat the names over and over again. There were also no outlets available, which is detrimental to a fantasy draft where people rely on their laptops.

Many members of our group were shocked to see their bill being charged $12 for a draft beer each and an exorbitant, uncompetitive price for wings that were certainly not worth the money. We were then hostilely confronted by a manager, who’s name was Chase.

Apparently a couple members of our group left mistakenly thinking that other members paid the checks. We explained to the manager that we were attempting to locate whoever didn’t pay and resolve the situation. The manager did not seem to listen to us at all and was very rude throughout the ordeal.

It was completely unprofessional for him to treat us that way, at one point calling me “buddy” in a dismissive, antagonistic tone. It made no sense that this man treated all the people poorly that already paid and were staying to help figure it out. Of course, we figured the situation out and paid all checks in full like we assured him we would.

This was our first year trying, Buffalo wild wings as our draft site, and you did yourself no favors at all to have have us come back for our draft, or for any other reason in the future with this awful experience your...

On Friday 11/13/2020 about 8:45-9pm my family and I received the Worst service ever! I waited about 15 min to be seen by the server(ladasha larvsha unsure of her name) When we finally received our appetizer after we were done the server walked passed our table about 5-6 times and did not come ask if we were good if we were ready to order, when we finally seen her again we kindly said excuse me and she turned around and yelled at us “ Hold on!” And rolled her eyes at my husband and myself! Never have I ever encountered such disrespect! We were there with our small child so we could not engaged in that type of behavior in front of our child so we just walked away! However when we did ask to speak to the manager she made it clear that she was on her servers side and not for the customers! I found her very dismissive and rude! The type of manager that just brushes the customers off by just offering any free item! It’s not about receiving something in return for such disrespect but more of being understanding and making one feel that they should not be treated this way in a place of business, I would come here often but that was my last time I will ever go to That location! I would think that because We are in “white plains” area (upper class area) that we would receive outstanding service but instead we were left without dinner not to mention we are in this pandemic ,I would have thought people would be more kind to one another but instead we received the opposite! by the time we even drove to another location our child was asleep! Terrible family night out...

I remember going here a while back and I had such a great time with my boyfriend, it was way busier at the time too! BUT TODAY WE WENT IN... LET ME TELL YOU I WILL NEVER GO BACK BECAUSE OF THIS SERVER....

First, she did not introduce herself and couldn't see her name tag! I ordered the mango hobanero wings... She said " Oh you know those are hot right?" I said YES? and she continue to say you " Like REALLY HOT.." I HAVE BEEN CRAVING THOSE for a while... so I got a little angry about it.

She did check on us once BUT she was walking away from us as she said it... I had to wave her down for the check. THEN when she was bring the receipt my boyfriend was pulling out his wallet and she still walked away then left us for 15 mins, we then got up and got them to let us pay at the bar... THE WORST PART IS she chased us out when we were already GONE and around the corner to parking garage and she's yelling at us... SHE YELLS did you pay? ARE YOU SURE. My boyfriend showed her the receipt in WHICH SHE TOOK our CUSTOMER COPY OF...

I am not a fan of being chanced down and being yelled at and questioned. There were was also barley anyone there like one other table, one guy at the bar ( which was probably the bartenders customer/table) and then when were near the end of our meal one more table came in..

I am appalled by this...
