Highly disappointed in the store manager. He knows my mother , me and my dog and treated me in a very strange way yesterday. He was talking crazy about fraud and loss presentation over 2 $5 gift cards that I put on my app and didn’t know how to load the money on to my Starbucks card,….because he just didn’t know how to work his own system. I’ve been in the store and explained to him the horrific experience that I had over a year a ago and he claimed he came to cross county to “ fix it” well he definitely just made it worse. It’s always really unorganized in the store& no one knows what’s going on. The new staff are all extremely rude. Another store knew had to do what i needed (a regular barista) & it was one two three. This SM really didn’t even try to help. I was trying to show him how to do it and still nothing and he was amount up lame excuses. So I didn’t get to eat, he wasted my time and I had a bad morning after that. Called CS to let them know and they did it and said they didn’t know was a store manager could not do it. Weirdest thing when he made it seem like I was trying to steal? Or take advantage? Something was off. He’s not right for the job. Period. When I first met him though he was cool. I don’t know what he was trying to do but what he should’ve done was just been honest and say he doesn’t know how to do it instead of blaming it on the system or you blaming it on me as someone that ran and operated Stk and Tao groups as an assistant general manager and acting GM for over five years his customer service skills really needs work. He should have found a way to make me leave satisfied at least. I live up the block and this is my local Starbucks and it just sucks that I really don’t want to ever go in there again. Read moreToday right before noon I visited Starbucks and the cashier Ant [guy with braides] seemed occupied with side conversations, giving out free food and "acting" like he was charging his friends right before me. I put in my order and he didn't get it correct so I had to tell Anthony [the server] and it seem like he had a problem. I asked "when we had special requests, do you see it?" & he said yes we're supposed to but if u didn't tell him then it's not noted. I told him that I did request it and maybe it wasn't noted because he was busy talking to his friends. Anthony response was "but u got your drinks right? Bye!" The only person who didn't seem bothered by my requests was Ivy. She was happy to help as for the two young men their attitudes was unnecessary, other customers witnessed this behavior and they should be embarrassed representing a big company like Starbucks like that. I've never experienced this kind of customer service ordering Starbucks. If it's an issue to accommodate a PAYING CUSTOMER, then they should be charging everyone and not pay attention to the customers who are getting free stuff. My coffee didn't come out how I requested & I was not trying to ask them to change it for me because of the attitude I received. Felt like a waist of money...

Disrespect from Chris was extremely one of the employees that work there told me he was the manager and then he said he wasn’t the one who said he was the manager which was ridiculous like he was becoming a run around and then on top of that the girl told me I can have the coffee and then he turns around and says that I should give him the coffee back so he can go make a new one which I know Starbucks has a rule where they don’t take back items because that’s unsanitary and I had to videotape him. I got videos of him and I also reported him to The Better Business Bureau because this was a disgrace it was truly disappointed and I’m a well-known Starbucks customer. I always come to Starbucks all the time so for me to see something disgraceful like this was very disgusting and I was so sick to my stomach. Oh my God.
