Arby's — Restaurant in Clarksville

The assistant manager was so hateful wouldn't go back there if they gave be free food for a year they got my sandwich wrong and when I took it up there to be redone I ask girl if she would put are 2 small fries back to keep them warm she said keep them I will bring u out 2 fresh ones when your sandwich comes out well the assistant manager brought the sandwich out and didn't bring the 2 fries so my 65 year old mom who was having heart surgery in 2 days went and ask the girl for the 2 fries he heard her ask for them he got hateful and said now what's a matter with them she explained they were cold while waiting on sandwich to be re made well the drive thru was back up and a couple people inside waiting to give their order he stopped waiting on customers and walk over to are table snatched up both 2 small fries that cost 1 dollar each and took them to the trash can like somebody stole something so do you want to give your business to a place like that he didn't care we waited half are to get are order taken and there was other waiting on their order to be taken all the other customers still waiting on their food he had to grab them 2 cold fries that he only filled half full he's the skinny...

I have always loved Arby's despite their somewhat over priced menu. When my boys, now 20 & 18 were toddlers they always wanted to stop and get a (ROAST BEEF HAMBURGER).🙂 In my opinion it was worth it to pay more, because the sandwiches were not only visually appealing & flavorsome, but contained an ample amount of meat or topping. Boy oh boy, how times have changed. Now, my family and I hardly ever add Arby's to the list of options when choosing a place to eat. The prices have only gone up and the food quality down. Although we have still eaten there a handful of times over the last 5+ years, I can't remember the last time our sandwiches looked like the ones in the pictures or on the commercials and not a small, flat, discolored, like warm pathetic excuse for what use to be an Arby's sandwich, and DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED on the FRENCH DIP SUB now.... OMG.... Arby's what happen to you? What happened to your Guality? Integrity, Standards? Whatever happened, it's not working? The sad truth is, your not the only one. It's hard to find those qualities anywhere in the world today. God...

I only gave 1 star because the drive thru person answered quickly. I ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches 2 beef and cheddar bacon and 2 French dip subs . We we're the only ones in drive thru and no one was in the restaurant because it was early. Yet we still waited 20 minutes for the food. When I got home I I opened the sandwiches revealing very red bloody meat. Blood on buns. Every sandwich was like that! I called immediately and spoke to a manager who rudely informed me the roast beef is perfectly safe at 138 degrees . Unsatisfied. To me itf it's bloody it's unsafe. I worked for Arby's for 2 years and we never pulled roast beef early and served it at 138 degrees we never served bloody roast beef. Clearly the roast beef was NOT done. The manager did nothing more about it will not return to that restaurant. I don't eat bloody meat on blood soaked buns.And I have never gotten roast beef like that at any other Arby's restaurant. Also the sandwiches weren't hot and the fries were over salted. This is completely unacceptable. We have a call out...
