Only stayed for about a half an hour. Seems like a local dive bar, very white but what you would expect from Clayton. Irish pub with outdoor seating, dog friendly and cheap drinks. For black folks, not sure if this would be my choice after a certain time however service was prompt and drinks were strong. Abby (?) Was my bartender and she's kind and attentive.

We went for lunch there and I had the Jacks burger and he had the French dip. Honestly, one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. My friends French dip was great too. Fries were great and good service. We will definitely go back!

My favorite local bar. It's also great if you're a Nebraska fan on Saturday as the game is always on and fans show up. The food is thoughtful and delicious. The staff is wonderful.

Good drink and food service. Food is in most cases more than edible, and most of the time the daily specials are what should be ordered, (some of those have been really good). however I think I may have had my last chicken wing there. Not to nitpick, and dry chicken wings may not be something terribly easy to avoid, but I would wait longer for fresh cooked wings as opposed to what seems like wings that have been in a warming oven too long. Or just plain overcooked. I get it that turning frozen product into thawed product quickly, degrades quality in the case of chicken, and it introduces fear that you might serve an undercooked wing that wasnt completely thawed in the running water so you end up overcooking it, but sometimes you gotta take the loss on chicken wings not sold that were thawed properly and cooked fresh to order. Or, take a bigger loss on wings not sold by serving fresh never frozen wings cooked fresh to order. Wings are a go-to bar food. Try to keep them that...

J McGraugh’s is hands-down one of my favorite spots, and it’s all thanks to the amazing team that makes every visit unforgettable! I have to give a huge shoutout to Sarah and Katie, the absolute rockstars behind the bar. They’re not just bartenders—they’re mixology geniuses with incredible personalities. Whether it’s a classic cocktail or something custom, they always get it perfect. Plus, their friendly, upbeat energy makes you feel like part of the family the moment you walk in.

And let’s not forget about Troy in the kitchen! The food here is next-level, and Troy deserves all the credit. Every dish is cooked to perfection, packed with flavor, and served piping hot. It’s the kind of food that keeps you coming back for more.

If you’re looking for great drinks, mouthwatering food, and a team that makes your night unforgettable, J McGraugh’s is the place to be. Huge thanks to Sarah, Katie, and Troy for making it such a special spot—I’ll definitely be back (probably sooner...

Not really sure how to rate this place, so I gave it a 3 as a neutral. It depends on what you are looking for. I would describe it as a neighborhood kind of dive bar that is oddly located in an upscale area. I felt a bit out of place as it seemed most people there were regulars.

The place is very small inside with some outdoor seating. Didn't order any food so I can't speak on that. However, the beer was ice cold; best temp on a bottled beer I've had in a long time. And, the price was very reasonable. Also, the bartender was...
