I went there this past Wednesday, and it was my WORSE experience ever with a fast food restaurant. I wanted over 15 minutes, and NONE of the employees acknowledged my presence in the restaurant. When someone finally acknowledged me, they said I was waiting in the wrong spot and was not in line. The person at the register was either Elene or Elena. She was extremely rude! They were busy and said they were understaffed, but that is NOT my problem. I tried to use the coupon for T-Mobile Tuesday and they said they stopped taking the coupon at 8:30 pm but I was waiting from 8:22 pm and was not acknowledged until 8:50 pm. They did not offer to give me a discount or anything. They just said sorry, "I can't help you and that was it. When I said I was calling corporate, they all turned their name badges around or took them off so I couldn't get their names. This all happened inside of the restaurant. When I went through the drive thru to request to speak to a manager, Hispanic lady refused to tell me her name, stating, "I don't have to tell you my name." Then she lied and said they didn't have a manager working. The Caucasian girl working the drive thru hid in the back after I got loud and upset. NO ONE WAS helpful at all. I just wanted to get the chili crispy shrimp meal and leave!
I called corporate, and Roberta was very helpful! She was professional and gave her sincerest apologies for how I was treated. She offered to send me a coupon for a free meal.
I also called the restaurant the next day after the incident because I wanted to speak directly to a manager. No one answered despite me calling a minimum of 7x at different times of the day.
I will NEVER go to this restaurant again. They are rude and have poor customer service. Let me also state that a Caucasian customer was greeted instantly upon entering the restaurant but I was IGNORED for more than 15 minutes. I challenge the manager to view the tape from 9/20/2023 and address how rude and disrespectful the staff was towards to me!...
Read moreThis is about the 4th or 5th time I’ve ordered delivery and I think about one time they got the entire order correct. This time I ordered a bigger plate, which comes with 3 entrees and I only got two, and barely one of those so I think added more of the other entree to cover it up. On top of that they gave me the wrong appetizer I ordered. I also didn’t receive any of the sauces, utensils, OR napkins that I requested and it all says it on the receipt when I got the delivery so they’re just not paying attention.
The time I ordered before, I ordered a premium entree was didn’t even get that entree. They gave me orange chicken instead… so not only did I pay more for an entree I didn’t get, the other plates I ordered on top of mine for my friends were also incorrect.
Each time I’ve called at least three times , never got an answer back. I tried the corporate number and it doesn’t even ring. And it wasn’t like I could even go to the restaurant to explain the mistakes that were made because I was at work or leaving to go to work. Even if I could I read reviews saying that the managers REFUSED to give refunds. And there’s no such thing as not being able ti give refunds. I’ve worked in the food and beverage industry for 7-8 years now and not once was a time when I was never able to give a refund if an issue occurred. This is by far the worst management and employed Panda Express I have ever been to.
I’ve also noticed a lot of stores (not sure if it’s just in my area or not) hire children. And whenever I see a child open the drive through window taking my payment I always have to take a deep breath because I know something in my order is going to be missing and I’m usually right.
If you don’t wanna work, then don’t have a job. Not all jobs pay what we like but that doesn’t mean slacking on customer service and not completing customer orders is acceptable.
Worst part is I won’t ever get a refund for the food I couldn’t enjoy, and that not just me saying...
Read moreAnyone rating this place higher than a 3 is out of there mind. First place I visited was the bathroom and it was disgusting. No urinal means the toilet is going have pee all over the seat and floor; Naturally, it did. After I did my business and washed my hands with the sink containing what looked like soiled toilet paper, I went to go order my food. There were no lines, and all the kids in the kitchen were chit chatting about god knows what completely oblivous to me waiting for service. Finally someone remembered they were at work and noticed I was waiting to order. This person taking my order, however, had 0 customer service training. She was your typical highschool brat and I could tell that she wanted to remove me from the 1 man line that was me as quick as possible. During the process of ordering, I was distracted looking for my second side item and missed the fact that this annoyed person had given me fried rice instead of the white rice that I had requested (I'll take most of the fault for this one). What got on my nerves is that I only got 1 side item with my rice and small drink and it rang up to over $10. Ok, that's a rip off, but I wanted my honey walnut shrimp, so I went ahead and paid for it. What threw me over the edge at this point was when I went to fill up my cup at the dirty fountain area. I filled up with ice and then went for the cherry coke only to have soda spray out like a cone all over my hand. I now had sticky coke all over my hand and needed to wash it off in the nasty bathroom that I had previously visited. To end my rant, I just wanted to say that the honey walnut shrimp was good and that is the only reason I ever go to panda express. This however, was the worst panda express I'd ever visited and will probably never go to it again. Oh, and let me just say to this Panda Express, that you guys better get some spoons. You seriously have all 3 utensil cups filled with nothing but forks? Yeah, ok...
