The location of the line to order was confusing. There were many employees behind the counter and many were not working, but messing around. A young woman came up to the counter, skipped the line and spoke to an employee. A few minutes later, the lady had a beverage in her hand. I ordered a drink made with oat milk because I’m lactose intolerant and I believe I was given dairy milk because I got sick a few hours later. I also ordered a brownie, which never came out, when I finally asked about it they said they didn’t have any and offered me something else. The man who helped with the pastry was very friendly, but I can’t give more than one star when milk intolerances are ignored. I honestly only came in for the WiFi but my kids wanted something to eat and drink. The staff were kind and attentive. Service was quick and well crafted. The presentation of the drinks and breakfast sandwich stood out to me because usually most Starbucks do not take the time to make sure your breakfast sandwich is presentable they just slap it in the microwave or whatever and toss it in the bag and pass it to you.
