Eliot's Bar — Restaurant in Cleveland

The wine was delicious. Ordered soup and sent it back as it was cold. Ordered pizza and did not eat it. There was a ton of raw flower on the bottom of it & some slices didn't even have any cheese. Our waitress never came back to refresh our drinks and we had to ask her to do so nor did she check up on us after we got our food. We mentioned to her that we were dissatisfied with our pizza she stated she would need to tell the manager and we asked to speak with him. The waitress came back and said the manager took the pizzas off. We found it rude the manager did not come out himself so we asked her again to please have him come to our table and he finally did. I was expecting a finer dining experience...

Dennis, behind the bar, was absolutely fabulous, when I sat and asked how the Old Fashioned's are made. My specificity regarding an old fashioned I'll pay for, can rub some people the wrong way, but he was more than accommodating and ensured that it was made just like I preferred. ❤️💯

Eliot’s Bar at Hilton downtown is an excellent find, great food, decent prices, and outstanding service from Scott behind the bar (makes a good whisky sour).

The atmosphere invites easy conversation and a relaxed chat over a drink and bar food. It’s a genuinely good spot to unwind, and the kind of place that makes you want to come back.
