The best authentic Chinese in and around the city - hands down. Portions are generous, they give plenty of sauces and fortune cookies, and their bubble tea is pretty amazing. Try the sweet potato puffs and the triple crown; I promise you won’t be disappointed. 5 stars all the way!!

Ps. For the reviewers who had bad experiences: did you ever think it might be just you? Order online to avoid confusion over something like a miscommunication. If something is bad or incorrect, you can contact them and they will make it right. I’ve ordered Great Taste through Uber, DoorDash and Grubhub and every single time, my order was not only accurate and correct, they gave me extra everything. I have a meal for 2-3 days on just one order…. That’s a pretty good value, imo. Also, if they actually do mess something up, I’d imagine they would not only make it right but give you a coupon too. Just being a repeat customer, they’ve given me at least $5 off an order. I recommend Great Taste to anyone looking for good food in the city. As far as positive reviewers working for the restaurant, that’s funny, because I was gonna say the negative reviewers probably work for their competition…neither assumption is likely the case, but my word of advice to anyone looking for huge portions of delicious Chinese food, is: take all of the reviews with a grain of salt, and try Great Taste for yourself. Chester Location- Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I ordered egg rolls that were cold appeared to be uncooked (fyi-when eggrolls are prepped and rolled they are gently fried to seal so they can be cooked later) Mine were not crunchy they were literally cold. I was told by the chef they were really busy this day...what??? my fried rice wasn't fried at all it was barely brown. So it appears my food was boxed straight from prep and not cooked at all. My spareribs appears boiled then tossed in sauce, still fatty and no flavor. MY co workers order was prepped and uncooked as well. She actually got sick and went home for the day. When I called to complain we were told the owner wasn't there, they don't do refunds and that they were just really busy today. The cook offered that we could come back and he (he cook) would just put something extra in there for us. **why would I come back to get sick ? How are you to busy to actually cook your customers food? Do your customer not know that their eggrolls if cooked wld be have remnants of cooking oil and have a crunch (mine weren't...

If I must say, the food in there is delicious. They have amazing workers there. I don't get what others are complaining about. On one of the reviews I've seen, they said that the consistency of the egg drop soup was that of a snot. I'm pretty sure many other restaurant has a consistency similar to that. It is highly likely that they exaggerated the comment. I believe the correct word for that would be very thick. There are also times throughout the day that can be very busy as they not only take orders for takeout or dine-in, they also take orders from Doordash, UberEat, as well as Grubhub. In truth, not all bad reviews are as what they are said to be. And they are a long time ago.

P.S. There is no way of seeing the kitchen through some kind of window that I read through the other reviews. The only window I see as I was inside is the one that leads to the room where they make bubble teas and...
