Lee's Seafood Boil-Uptown — Restaurant in Cleveland

I was unsatisfied I visited this place twice I was taking here to dinner by a friend and we order food in a salad when I got home the pesticide taste was so strong on the salad that I had to rinse my own salad off which ruined my salad I return to take my son to dinner because I enjoy some of the food when I returned Wednesday I ordered another salad I spoke with the manager and I asked can you please make sure my salad is rinsed off because the taste is so strong as for extra cheese the second time I didn't get it didn't get the croutons didn't get the ranch dressing I was assured by the manager the seller would be taken care of and it wasn't and when I got home it was the same thing I end up having to return and ask for a refund I would never visit this place ever again it does not stand up to his name you give buckets of crab legs with grease everywhere the french fries are cooked hard read dropped or too long to where they're almost burnt I could barely chew through the fries I ordered fried Oreos they were so hard I couldn't even bite through them I only gave it to because of the atmosphere of the bar is nice the restaurant is nice for what I can see they definitely will not get another dime for me I live nowhere near this area and I had to drive back and another thing I don't like the parking...

This place is a joke and should be shut down , customer service is at all time high I one seated myself , the server / assistant manager is what he told he he was , did not bring me a water to table , he was just in his phone eating watermelon when he finally came to table he never told me about any lunch specials , happy hour etc . He was so rude not inviting at all for a meal. I have him on video he refused to give me someone over him told me he was the assistant manager , and that there was nobody for me to speak with . Very disrespectful with his words in front of his boss my last time going this place needs to be shut down I can see why I was the only one inside I will be going viral with the video just makes no sense at all beyond pissed ! We need to have more training when hiring people...

They were having a really off day today. The food was terrible. I ordered a seafood boil. Crab, shrimp, turkey sausage, potatoes, corn, and eggs. Everything was bad. I left more than half the bag there, I didn’t even bother to take it to go. The sauce was bad and the seafood tasted off, the worst part though were the sausage. They literally tasted like cut up hotdogs, it was awful. I’ve been once before and it was fine so idk what changed. I didn’t want to ask for a manager or refund because there was only one server working the entire restaurant and I didn’t want to add more to his plate. I gave him a very nice tip because he was the only good thing about the experience but I’m annoyed I spent $100 on food I couldn’t...
