Staff was polite, but very rushed and confused at times... Or, maybe it was our large party of 15 on a late saterday afternoon. We had a full team of staff attempting to help us with orders over and over... We would explain, no thank you but someone had already taken our order, then another attentive staff member would notice missing sticks and ask again, eventually was just began to order the missing drinks again. We just ordered a one large ticket, since someone was finally asking about takeing or lunch order.... We didn't want to add any confusion or worse yet, to get served in small groops while others were promised their's was on its way (though this was inevitably what happened). Everyone was pleased with the food, the salsa served with the chips- I hope is being sold somewhere I can get to.... It was perfect! Again, this was a late afternoon... I'm believing, they were changing over to dinner just after we were seated, because I had just discussed the posted lunch specials then I noticed it was being erased and changed to just crawfish. So, I ordered of the menu. My chicken with mushroom was good, but was too small for even a lunch portion... It was supposed to have a salad. It did when it was first prepared, but it had sat so long under heat lamps, the sauce began to crust on the extreamly hot plate and the salad had shriveled to the point it to was stuck to the plate.

Again, staff was very polite.... Flavor was great... Service was a lot of uncoordinated business. As it was, it took long enough for lunch and I didn't want to start over... But, my plate should have never been served. The kitchen knew how long they had put my plate under the lamps... It could have been replated in 4 seconds, and served with a fresh look along with the rest of our food. Because it was a large order, our food was delivered by several team members that should have refused to deliver the plate, and lastly... The staff member that stood next to me while cautioning me to not touch the plate because even he had to use towels to pick it up (that's just dangerous to allow)... He undoubtedly saw the plate and knew it should look...

Last time i went here like everytime the food is the worst ive ever had and the waitstaff is so inattentive and rude, last time though i almost knocked a waitress in her mouth and had to leave and i refused to pay for a single thing i made her pick my tab up since i was telling my friends a story about a waiter at a different restaurant i went to in the Woodlands and she i guess thought i was talking about her and she started yelling at me and cussed me out and so i explained to her i was speaking about a waiter somewhere else and asked what her problem was and she said all you stupid white people and i asked for a manager after 20 minutes he came and said he dont care what she said or did i can get over it so i proceeded to leave and they asked if i was gonna pay and i told them not after how yall treated us and then i told them where to shove it. After that treatment for that horrible food and service because the waitress was in my business and assumed i was talking about her when i was talking about someone elses poor service in the past the least they owed me was them picking up my tab, they should have paid me to eat here if anything. Worst restaurant experience ever on gods green earth for the worst food and service. Never going back tried them a few times and that last time was the final straw especially after that. Been going to el burrito since the day i was born over 22 years ago and thats the only place ill eat in Cleveland now. Thank god i live in Conroe, avoid this place at all costs! Time before that experience they had to get me a new meal and apologize because my chicken came out bloody and undercooked inside and was still cold! It came with its sauce and whatnots on it halfway cooked! Yuck!...

I visited this place about a month ago. On this visit the food was decent but the waitress was terrible. She removed my margarita from the table after I had taken two sips. I tried to stop her but she ignored me. When I finally got to tell her I watched her walk to the bar where returned glasses sat and picked up a random glass. She brought back a deink that wasn't even mine. It had the lime inside the glass when #1 I never put it in the glass, #2 my lime was still on the table. I told the manager and he replaces the drink. Tonight I decided to give it annother go. Instantly we were greeted by the same waitress. We were given our drink orders quickly. The margarita I recieved seemed like it had been sitting for a while as it had 3 mostly melted ice cubes in it it tasted like a beer. I took one sip and that's it. About 30 minutes later she took our orders. Then 45 minutes later we recieved our food. The food was cold. I told her and she took it back to the kitchen. 15 minutes later she brought it back. The plates were extremely hot and my child burned his arm reaching for his food. She said they put it in the oven to warm it up. The sour cream, lettuce and guacamole and pico were warm and had a nice crust but the center of the food was still cold. After an hour and a half I piad for the drink I took a sip of and left. Got the kids McDonald's and went home. I will never go back to that place again. I go to the one in Porter often and I don't have a single complaint about it. I don't know what the deal is for the one in Cleveland but it...
