Delicious food that I enjoyed with my sister on a Thursday night. Started with a spring roll with a gluten-free friendly sauce - it was more of like a sweet and sour sauce with a little kick. And then we shared fried rice with shrimp and the traditional-stir fry with chicken that came with jasmine rice. Both were excellent. The menu is clearly marked so you know which ones are gluten-free or can be made gluten free. I need to also be dairy free and most of those dishes are dairy-free as well. There is seating inside or outside. Don't be deterred by the lack of people you may not see. The owner and staff are very friendly and aim to please.

The FOOD is is good but not great. I like to grab few appetizers and few main dishes to share and that’s what we got. Crispy spring rolls and summer rolls were ok. Charbroiled a primo Bun was lacking flavor. Beef Bun Xao had good smoky flavor and it was my favorite Service was good but they do add 20% gratitude to the bill without any notice. I am not saying that it’s too much for great service. But 20% mandatory tip for mediocre service is too much. Our server brought us two rounds of beers, few dishes of food and never made it back to check up on our table. So in my opinion tacking on 20% is RIDICULOUS.

Nice option in the E. 4th Street Dining/Entertainment District. Service was great. Staff were super-attentive. Server made recommendations on spice level of my food and was willing to do half the appetizer portion of the Summer Roll as I was dining alone. The Beef Curry Stir Fry main was delish but just a bit too much celery! Inside and outside dining. Can be a little noisy outside as it is a cavernous alley and bands play a few doors down. But the band I was listening to sold earplugs!!! (Hahahaha. Brilliant) So it was dinner AND music. Can't beat that.

Disclaimer! This is just my personal experience and maybe it was just an off night for them. I arrived at 7:13pm as they stop taking orders at 8:30pm. Staff was extremely friendly so no issue there. It’s a cold night so I just wanted a nice hot soup and maybe something to take home for later. I ordered the lemon grass beef soup based upon a posted picture from a previous customer. I KID YOU NOT… with all due respect, the soup smelled despicable. Without saying what it smelled like, let’s just say it was a red flag distinctive, toxic odor. Idk if the beef was old/ bad or sour but the smell alone from the soup made me send it back. I could not even taste it out of fear I would be sick. Needless to say I politely sent it back and left. Ended up dinning at Tani noodle instead. I’ve been to other Saigon in other states before so I just knew I would enjoy myself. Not the case here in Cleveland. I just pray the meat was actually what it was suppose to be. Anyway! Hate to leave such a review but the truth...

Went here with friends because everything else was packed. This place, on the other hand, was completely empty. I ordered the Curry Shrimp Stir Fry because of the waiters recommendation. It didn't taste bad, but i found myself peeling the tails and some shell off. The rice on the side was cold and dry. One friend ordered the regular Chicken Stir Fry, again because of a recommendation, and said it was bland. The spring rolls were okay, though perhaps fried a shade too long.

I think i would be a bit kinder, but with just my entree and a beer i was out $25+ tip and felt i deserved better for the money. I'll go back again, but next time try...
