Taco Bell — Restaurant in Clinton Township

The only reason I’m even giving this establishment 3 stars is because of the 2 women that I usually and preferably deal with when I come every single night after work for my minimum 2 large beverages and often times food... the new night staff however is not so great. The other night, came through and had a girl beg us not to report her for having ZERO personal protective equipment on during a global pandemic, and tonight for whatever reason I was rudely told I could NOT PAY EXTRA to get a freeze in a larger cup. And I just said, are you sure? I’m a regular here, and they were rude but then change sit up and in some round about pain in the butt way then said I could buy multiple freezes to combine it into a larger cup MYSELF. OH and... after I accepted the regular sized cup, it came half full and the entire bottom of the beverage was already melted as if it had been sitting on the counter the entire time that I waited forever in line. I’m a reasonable woman and said I realized that I needed to pay more, but no. If this annoying inconvenience is rectified I will be more than happy to improve or take down this...

If you want to get the food you wanted or the upgrades you paid for you can forget it at this taco bell just one example I ordered the 2 chicken chalupa with no tomato meal with a hard taco first they forgot the hard taco then when I got home the I opened the chicken. Chalupa and it was beef and it had extra tomato on it no where were these suppose to be beef to begin with the meals for chicken chalupas with is more expensive then the ground beef and for another chalupa and burrito I got I upgraded to the cantina chicken but I got ground beef instead I paid 2.20 extra for the chicken that I dident get so they tried ripping me off everywhere idk if the workers need to be trained better or they need to go back to school and learn how to read and the taco bell wasent bussy and I did an app order and they took way longer to make the food wrong then it should have I will never go back to this taco bell this isent the first time this Has happened at...

I'm a huge fan of Taco Bell, but this particular incident made me truly upset. Everyone in this area recall the Water Main break that just occurred last month and everyone was instructed to boil their water. I went to Taco Bell for dinner and they were selling can mtn dews for $2.69 with each person's meal if they got a fountain drink. I asked so I have to pay more for a can soda than a Taco? And their reply was we don't control what prices are placed in the computer. I'm not upset at the workers, but come on TB were dealing with a State of Emergency and to help your community you tripled the prices on can soda?
