Dunkin' — Restaurant in Colerain Township

My experience at this location turned sour the moment I asked for the 2 for 7 sausage egg and cheese crescent deal and specifically asked if the bacon version was also on sale and was told it wasn’t so I ordered the 2 for 7 and one bacon version at regular price with a large iced coffee before i get to the window I noticed the 2 sausage egg and cheese for the $7 sale price was gonna cost me $9.58 I figured once I pulled to the window the price would be updated I was charged $2.58 more because as she explained ( Margie ) at register at 11am on 06/29/2024 that she hit a wrong button and asked if I wanted a refund on my card I told her yes at that moment another employee ( taller light skinned black women with tattoos on her left forearm) came over and asked Margie “ain't that sale after hours?” After that ridiculous statement Margie gave me a receipt and food with no words and a straight emotionless non customer friendly face The entire experience makes me want to see more automated AI powered robots / machines working those kind of positions this usually happens to me at McDs or Bking but this a first for Dunkin for me …...

Worst DD I've ever been to. Pretty sure they just threw two new people on the floor with zero training and nobody to help. Repeated my order a few different times at the speaker, but the two people kept switching back and forth, so had to repeat it for one, then the other. Got to the window and repeated it a few more times. They didn't think I had drinks, so I repeated that... Again.... Finally went to pay and they forgot the drinks... Again... Finally get my order and they had messed it up. One sandwich was for my dog, but they gave me his multi grain bagel, which was stale and disgusting. I'm sure my dog liked that they did that though, because after he ate his sandwich, on what was supposed to be my everything bagel, he also got 3/4 of mine that was not suitable for human consumption. Coffees were watered down and not drinkable... Especially since they also forgot the straws. I was there for close to 15 minutes with no line, so not sure what they were doing to get an order that wrong, but I definitely...

This is my favorite Dunkin' location. They have never messed up my order. They're always friendly and fast. Even during the Sunday morning church rush with 3 cars in front of me I only waited about a minute for my coffee. I'm incredibly picky about my coffee and they've always accommodated that, joyfully so. Victoria is a gem! (If the manager ever reads this you should know you made the best decision hiring her). I always ask for light ice (so I'm not paying for mostly ice instead of coffee) and she actually showed me the amount of ice before pouring my coffee to ask if it was the amount I wanted. She makes it perfectly every time. I went to Starbucks and asked for the same thing I ask for here and they were so annoyed about the ice specifications and gave me an entire cup of ice out of spite. Not only is Dunkin cheaper but their customer service is unmatched. I highly recommend this...
