Louis' Cajun Seafood — Restaurant in Colerain Township

Been curious about this place for a while, got it on a whim. I had the 3 piece fish basket which comes with fries and a piece of Texas toast, and I got 3 of the corn cobs, cajun flavor. Breading on the fish was pretty good but it could've used a good bit more seasoning. Fries were very pleasant, nice and crisp and seasoned well. The Texas toast was okay. The sides weren't really toasted at all but inexplicably some parts of the crust were burned, which I personally didn't mind, just found it funny that that was the most toasting it had gotten. Didn't have a major garlic taste, but it was okay. The corn is probably the most disappointing part for me here. I got medium heat and Cajun but I noticed very little heat or flavor while eating. There was some smokiness to it but not much else. I feel like the price for this was decent, around $17.50 or so, closer to $12 without the corn. I feel like I could probably split this with someone and get full still. Just wish the food had been better...

To start if I could give a zero star i would. Very bad service .. ordered a DoorDash through them .. took over two hours after we checked when it was supposed to be here our dasher said they had given our food to another dasher .. after I called to talk to the manager they said there was no manager in and hung up .. I called again , and then they said that our food wasn’t their that they had already given to someone else .. Like how do you give our food to someone .. when it has our name on it ! Also the lady didn’t even bother to resolve something after they were the ones who gave it to the wrong person ! Hopefully next time they are more careful with the names and dasher .. Food is delicious but if I have to go through that again might as well not...

To start if I could give a zero star i would. They failed to take my order properly. The order I placed was 1/2 pound of shrimp (heads off) and 1/2 pound of mussels. I added 3 potatoes and 2 boiled eggs. The menu stated 1 potato and 1 corn was included. The order was brought to our table with 1/2 poumd of shrimp and 3 potatoes, missing the mussels, corn and 1 potato. I did complain they stated that with 1/2 no corn or potatoes were included but not on their menu. Also stated that not my fault that they incorrectly filed my order. We have been to multiple seafood boil places in multiple States and this one is not the one you should try. They did bring a bag of mussels after I had eaten their less than desirable meal. Will never return or recommend...
