I have visited other Starbucks in town but my very first interaction with this location was not a good one. I placed my order online, arrived to the store about 5 minutes later (app says 7-10 min for it to be ready) A young man is making what turned out to be my drink (I didn’t know at the time). He stopped making the drink halfway and all of them were just, chilling, for lack of better words. A couple minutes go by and someone else asks for my name again. Either they were so busy that they had to double check everything or not paying attention. What’s frustrating is that if they were busy, they weren’t acting like it was. If it wasn’t that busy, why did the young man leave my drink in the counter and not finish only to have another confused employee ask me again what my name was? I had to remind them I had a food item and to top it all off, my drink was the wrong one even though I ordered online. By the time I was leaving, I had been there for over 10 minutes and they offered me to remake it, when I asked for a refund, they said it would take the same amount of time but my initial interaction said otherwise. Let me remind the reader that this location does not have a drive thru and clearly they’re not used to a lot of traffic either, according to their actions. I’ve worked food and beverage before, I understand stores are short-staffed or really busy at times but it didn’t seem like it. Maybe they were training them, I’m unsure so that’s why I’m giving 3 stars. I’m hesitant to...

Jeremy Byars is the store manager and I must say how refreshing it is to have been pulled aside and noticed by him for talking to all the employees and getting to know them for the fantastic People they are, not only at his store but others as well:) He assured me that he is very interested in getting more people talking and that Starbucks needs and wants to have time for everybody which is precisely the image of Starbucks that has taken me to over 200 locations faithfully;)

Read moreIf you place an online order, be prepared to not see your order when you arrive to pick it up. Last time I was here, I waited & waited for my breakfast sandwiches & when I asked one of the employees, she looked as if she was going to take care of it. However, she went back to doing drinks. Even after giving them the benefit of the doubt, I kept waiting, until I asked someone else for my breakfast sandwiches. That is when the gentleman looked it up & said that my order had been previously made & placed for me to pick up. Well it was nowhere to be found, seems as if someone else took it. How can they let that happen? This needs to be better controlled or monitored. On top of that, there’s flies roaming around & they leave the bags to the pastries/breakfast sandwiches wide open for the flies to go in there and/or for others to peek through. To me personally, this is gross. I do not want anybody else touching my food, especially if I don’t know if their hands are cleaned. The gentleman finally decided to remake my order & asked me what it was. When he handed me the bag I noticed that it was not a breakfast sandwich, but a breakfast wrap. I let him know about it & all he said was that the wrap was better as if I should be happy and contempt. So in other words, you buy something & they let others take it, then they give you whatever they want thinking that that’ll make it better? That...
