GameStop — Local services in College Station

Counter person got snippy when I didn't have the shoes I was returning in a plastic bag. The shipping instructions clearly stated that all I had to do was bring the shoes; no label, no box. Ironically she had a bag that had a specific label (from a stack with the same) that she used for previous customer and used individually for each pair of shoes I was returning.

If they get frustrated doing this service, which I find quite weird using a Game Stop for drop off we turn shipping in the first place, then they should stop offering it.

I dont like snippy, especially when she was not like that with the 2 previous customers which eliminated the excuse of just having a bad day. Had I done anything or acted in any way to deserve her attitude, I wouldn't be rating this action. I am not a perfect person but I do take responsibility when I am at fault.

I did nothing to earn this ugly spirited attitude and will not be back to this Game Stop. As a side note, it happens to be the very 1st time I have ever been in one....

I went into the store to get help. The associate there was named Bradley. Upon my arrival, Bradley already seemed to be in a bad mood and seemed dismissive. He seemed easily irritable and frustrated which made me extremely uncomfortable dealing with him but he was the only one in the store. Whenever I would ask a question, he would brush me off or give me a half answer with a hostile attitude. At the end of the transaction, I pointed out that he comes off hostile and he should take note of that when dealing with customers. In response, Bradley stared at me for at least 6 seconds without saying a word or apologizing which was very creepy. I asked his managers name and I had to ask twice because he refused to properly answer the first time. This experience was very unsettling and made me never want to return to this...

I can honestly say that Jonathan is a real pro at his job and that's why he is the senior guest manager. He knows where everything is and won't hesitate to look something up for you either. I like to do business with a friend and so I recommend Jonathon for sure. He works every other day from open to close so if you have a bad experience then try the next day.

HOT TIP: everyone knows call of duty is the number one shooter game but if you have that already check out "rainbow six" it's modeled off the book by the famous author Tom Clancy and a good deal at the price.

They sell it both new and previously owned but when you buy used you can return it if you don't like it, however the new version is on sale for $39.99 right now. Hurry up and get it while you can and be sure to tell Jonathan...
