Busy! And kind. And correct. It's fast food, and the standard was met. The shakes were on point. The cashier was sweet through the headset and face to face.
I decided to go out during the first rush of drunks heading home from a Friday evening (10:45p). There was a line that went out to that side street. Reminded me of chik fil a's nonsense, except this area was fairly well designed for the volume. People who had massive orders (3+ bags, I'm assuming meals) were asked to pull around. My 2 shakes and soda were ready for me when I rolled up to the window, then just a few minutes after that I was rushing home to gorge alone with my dog in the backseat to enjoy our valentine's day together on the couch.
To the GM, hiring manager and (if this is a corporate location) supervisor... please hire another overnight employee, especially for the "drunk days". Your crew here needs more than 3 people running a shift that rough. They held it together, but you know you wouldn't want to do 2 people's worth of work for the pay rate they get to pick up on the shorthanded staffing arrangement. This new facelift is a great step in the right direction. Keep the positivity flowing this new year by showing your employees you value their hard work by not overworking them and giving them the help they need.

Read moreI was incredibly frustrated by my experience here. I literally only ordered one small fry, but was told I needed to pull around because they needed to drop my fries. As it was almost dinnertime, this surprised me. I've worked fast food before, and the cardinal rule is that you drop a batch of fries at 4:45 in preparation for dinner. But I digress. The car behind me got a large order and didn't have to wait for anything. More than 10 minutes went by, and another car was brought their order. We got out of the car to flag down the runner, assuming she'd gone to the wrong car. She got rude and said the food wasn't for us. When we expressed our frustration she told us she couldn't do anything about it unless we stopped expressing our frustration and let her go inside. We were told to pull around again, where we were to now wait at the window. A different person came by after a minute or two and said that it wasn't her fault because she wasn't the runner, but offered us free drinks, which we accepted. She then gave us our fries, but no receipt. The fries themselves were mostly great, but every now and then one was burnt so badly it had to be thrown away. I wouldn't return to this Jack in the Box even if it was the last...
Read moreOrder was right and freshly made or cooked, I'm thankful for that. The problem I had was with the BBQ potato chips curly fries order. When they were brought out to me, the bag was super greasy, and as they were handed to me, the bag was so full of the greasy sauce that it leaked from the bottom to the point it busted out the bottom of the bag getting sauce all over my brand new pair of white shorts, the car seat and floor as well of my new 2025 vehicle unacceptable!. They guy that brought it out saw what had transpired and was notified but never cared to ask if I needed any assistance or anything I had to keep asking for some extra things to help clean up the mess they created. On the behalf of that I was a dissatisfied customer because those greasy stains will never come out at all. There should be something done about how those type of orders come out like different materials or dish for sure, the 1 box that it comes in is not enough at all and it seems as if they dipped a big spoon of sauce and dumped it in the box and bag just ridiculous and it's very noticeable so at this point it shows no concern for customers. I'm highly upset...
