Smoothie King — Restaurant in College Station

I went through the drive through this morning to get a protein drink. I checked last night in the website from my phone, seeing you opened at 6-10! Perfect… I can grab one and make it to work in time! I sat there 5 minutes along with another car begging me. Finally pulled up, honked. A girl came to the window said we don’t open till 7. Are you kidding. 3 others in the parking lot, I also told, 20 minutes until 7. 5 of us left. I’m now looking on my computer after read another review with a similar complaints about closing hours. The computer states hours are 7-11. You guys need to get your stuff together. Plus people who have early shifts at 7 would really like that 6 or 6:30 opening hours and you could get the business in there if you guys would just open earlier than 7. Either that or get your websites correct for your location and get them up on the drive through sign so we are not sitting there wasting our...

Went thru the drive thru at 10:10 pm tonight, waited a good 7 mins nobody came on so I drove up to the window. There were 2 employees a male and female restocking. I had to honk to get someone attention. When the girl did turn around she had the nastiest look on her face as she told WE'RE CLOSED!!! I tried to ask her if the hours changed bc the door clearly states they close at 11 (plus we've been here multiple times). But she turned her back to the window and would not acknowledge us again. At this point 3 other cars pull up and a guy even went to the door and it was locked. Neither employee would acknowledge him either. Since when can employees shut down a business at whatever...

Not sure who called the shot here today but there were two people working at this store today. One of them was Chloe and the other was a new guy who just started. I was told the manager's name was Ana Howeth.

I had the chocolate hulk and an island drink that came out to about $17. Unsatisfied, I asked for different drinks or a refund and was told it would "throw off inventory and that I'd be charged for a different order".
