I like going to this Carl's Jr. because they always have great service. They are prompt and have never gotten my order wrong. Their food is hot, and it doesn't taste like it has been waiting under a lamp for hours. It's fresh and delicious. I go in the mornings for the only fast food in town that serves a biscuit 'n gravy that is great tasting and easy on the wallet. They make their biscuits fresh every morning, and if you're not there early enough, they may run out. However, that doesn't happen too often. For lunch and dinner, they have a variety of things to choose from. From the famous Star burgers to their California Classics and my favorite is their Chicken 'N Bacon with Swiss. Their fries are always crisp and fresh. They also have some awesome onion rings, and we'll as their great tasting fried breaded zucchini slices. Even if you don't think zucchini is good, I'm sure you will change your mind once you give these crispy treats a try. They are also a good alternative to the ordinary fries you get at other places. They serve Coke products as well as lemonade and strawberry-lemonade. They serve three varieties of milkshakes; chocolate, vanilla, and stawberry topped with whipped cream. I know they also offer a couple of desserts as well. I think a slice of cake and I can't remember the other one. One more thing I'd like to say is if you are looking for more than just a hockey puck hamburger at a great price that is hot, fresh, and great tasting, look no further. Carl's Jr. is the place to go! The folks at the store on Lake Ave. just west of I25 will be sure to treat you well. I'd like to personally thank the workers there for their many years of great food, great service, and great prices! Thank you! Oh, and I almost forgot, this store is open 24 hrs. day! Breakfast ends at 10am weekdays and 11am on weekends. ...

I will NOT be back to this location. Ordered 2 burgers, 1 that was a COMBO in the drive thru and BOTH orders were severly incorrect. In order to fix this issue I tried going inside to have it fixed and was met with possibly the WORST customer service I had ever received from management. The manager either doesn’t know about customer service or doesn’t care to show simple kindness and respect. She was majorly rude going as far to blame ME for the mistake when it was HER that made it (Oh yeah, she was the one who took my order.) She left out one of The drinks, and messed-up on one of the burgers twice. I feel like I was robbed because we payed around $25.00 for missing Items, no receipt and poor Customer Service. SHE doesn't deserve to be a manager, and shame on Carl's JR for allowing someone to work there who clearly insults the brand and name of the company as well as it's customers. I will NOT go to this location and advise anyone reading this to stay away. Also, they need to clean the inside of the building, that place is absolutely filthy and I would advise others to...

Drive thru order was incorrect. An order for myself and someone else. I learned the order was wrong because the person I dropped off called to have me check my order too. So when I got home, I checked my order. I called the store to be informed by Heather, the graveyard manager, (who had just gotten there so “had nothing to do with it”) that I would need to bring in the receipt and the food if I wanted a refund. After very little discussion, I asked if that was the best she could do, for her to repeat that she would need the food and the receipt! Never again will I go to a store with so little care about quality of food and even worse, any type of customer care. Returning to the store from the west side at 10pm—AFTER having to go somewhere to pick up the other half of the order to go with my receipt is completely out of the question! Heather, I hope you learn how to resolve customer complaints and how to manage a full store, rather than only being able to discuss what happens during your shift. Not again, not me…. And I don’t recommend anyone else go to this...

You know a good way to make sure you don’t have customers? Be rude to people when they’re not bothering or inconveniencing anyone else. I was sitting in the parking lot in the shade, charging my phone before I go into 711. One of your underpaid workers approached me and said, “You need to move,” this is from an empty parking lot. Wasn’t like I was taking a spot from one of your non-existent customers. Also I’m pretty sure the parking lot is shared with the other businesses as it’s owned by the same owner. I was told the opposite of that so I’m going to verify that nugget. I would be a customer more often but the one time I ate here I got sick so I go up to Culver’s instead. That’s the other good way to lose customers. Once you’re rude you don’t get a second chance. Those reasons are why you’re empty and Culver’s is packed. A good way to attract customers is to at least look busy when your parking lot is always empty people assume there’s a good reason. In your case there’s clearly good reasons.

Ordered my boyfriend the el Diablo burger with no cheese tonight and order accuracy wasn’t fantastic. If anything he got extra cheese but no jalapeño poppers on his burger. It is what it is, but it’s kind of a hit or miss at the end of a shift. I had asked the employee at the speaker for a side of ranch and she said no problem. Before I took off I noticed I didn’t have any in the bag and asked the man at the window, he told me in a super monotone voice that they were out of ranch. He sounded exhausted. Please give your employees a raise, at least it’s incentive for order accuracy and fair compensation for the bs they go through with corporate America and consumers. They don’t get paid enough to deal with a Karen like me.

The first one's supposed to be Angus burger I was told by the cashier that doesn't come with lettuce or tomatoes just meat I had to literally ask for cheese lettuce and tomato the second one is supposed to be a double western bacon burger needless to say I didn't bother asking for the lettuce tomatoes on that one because I don't want to make him upset because who knows what they're doing back there. End the cashier didn't even wash his hands when he came out of the bathroom I made it a point to see if he would this is the worst location ever. Take my word for it and I never leave bad reviews.
