Without a doubt, we always have gotten the freshest food and best service at this location no matter the time of day or night we go. I really have nothing negative to say about this place and recommend it to anyone.
Updated for November 11, 2020 - Decided to go there for lunch today. They weren't busy compared to when we normally go there after 11AM. That said, this is the second time I've had my order taken by "Mischa" who again, seemed very distracted and wasn't paying attention to what I said. She blamed her lack of attention to her just coming on shift and stated she wasn't ready for her job today. My order is almost always the same and very simple. I specifically say I want "a classic spicy chicken combo with a large fry and a large unsweetened tea". Anyway, so save the frustration I have right now, she confirmed my order for me by making me repeat things 2-3 times as she just couldn't wrap her head around my simple order. This is the second time this girl was this way and that's why I'm updating this review. So, Misha confirmed the order with me and when I got to the window handed me a bag that didn't feel right. I didn't catch her name, but to my surprise, she actually argued with me when I told here there's a box in my bag that appears to be a deluxe sandwich that I didn't order and a small or possibly medium fry that I didn't order. She actually told me the order was correct because it was on her screen and I had to tell her that the girl who took my order was clearly distracted and I'm not surprised that my order is incorrect. She dismissed that statement and continued to tell me that what I ordered was correct. I had to hold up the classic spicy chicken sandwich to show her, "This is what I ordered. The one in the box, the deluxe, is NOT what I ordered." She called out to get me a large fry and a classic spicy chicken sandwich. She got it and handed it to me. Like the idiot I am, I apologized for the issue and she responded, "Oh no problem." Rather than apologize for being argumentative or that I was inconvenienced and held up the line that was growing, she accepted my apology. Very disappointed today. I've been going to this location for years and very rarely have an issue. Today's issue takes the cake for sure. Read moreThis used to be a great Chick-fil-A…not so much anymore. Ever since they “renovated” and changed their drive-thru and ended curbside ordering, the quality of service especially in the amount of time it takes to receive your order has decreased dramatically. I used to be able to put in a mobile curbside order, wait 5-10 minutes, get my food and go. Now if I want to order on the app, I can only get my food in the drive-thru. It is usually a 10-15 minute wait — on a fast day. The other day last week, it took me at least 5 minutes to even be able to pull off the main road onto the side road, and then from the side road into the parking lot, because the traffic was backed up so much. I just don’t understand why management ever thought that moving to this system was a good idea, but it wasn’t. I saw one comment from this franchise to a different customer review that essentially said you can always order on the app, park, go inside and get your food there. Well that completely defeats the point of ordering on the app!!! I don’t want to go inside. I don’t want to go through a drive-thru line that’s even worse than the checkout lines at Walmart. I want to order, get my food and leave. Very simple. The employees who work here are all great, but moving to this new drive-thru system is absolutely killing this franchise. It used to be a good and easy experience here, not anymore. If you can I would go to the Chick-fil-A on North Academy or Northgate instead where curbside orders are still an option. Will I still come here since it’s right across the street from where I work? Yes. Will I come here as often as I used to? Probably not. Read moreThis was our second time time to visit and once again left unsatisfied.
The first we went through the line we placed our order. I ordered a southwest chicken salad but with unspectacular bread chicken. I’m allergic to spicy. Got our order through the widow and looked at my salad to make sure the chicken wasn’t. I didn’t open the container but told the guy in the window that the chicken looked spicy. He responded with, “ no it’s not I checked it.” We pulled over in the chase parking lot to check it because I was pretty sure it was spicy and load and behold it’s spicy. I went in and they corrected it but was disappointed in the fact that I said something and instead of checking it before I drove away you just told me what I wanted to hear.
It’s now 3 weeks later and we decide to try again. Go through and place our order. I asked for them to make sure to put an avocado ranch as well. Get to the window, get our order and look in the bag and no avocado ranch.
