Jamba — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I love Jamba Juice, but the hours at the only 2 in Colorado Springs are terrible. I'm usually in town for drill weekends, and my unit does PT in the afternoon/evenings before everyone leaves for the day. We usually wrap up a little after 5, meaning most of the time I can shower and speed up to the nearest one just in time to watch them lock the doors (meanwhile everything around it is open for another 3 hours).

I'm sure the smoothies are great, but I'm giving it a middle-of-the-road rating because I can never actually get to the place while it's open. If my schedule was crazy and their hours were normal it would be one thing, but just about every other smoothie place in town is open until 9, which would work fine if the smoothies at those other places were somewhere nearly as good.

At least the Jamba Juices in the Denver airport are open later... Although nothing beats a nice smoothie...

Scammed out of $20

This location says online and on the door that it closes at 6pm we arrived at 5:15pm and they had already been closed.

Edit: decided to give them another chance but order for delivery through the Jamba Juice app. My order was placed at 12:04pm and I received and email from Jamba Juice confirming my order. I waited almost an hour and never got my order. After calling them they tell me that My order hasn’t come through yet despite me receiving a conformation email from them. They also informed me they would not be able to help me and referred me to call the delivery company I ordered through despite the fact I ordered from their app. Thank you for taking $20 dollars for me then refusing to help me in any way. Door dash has confirmed that it is in fact Jamba...

Extremely rude employees. If this is how the establishment trains their employees I will definitely not support!!

Long story short we were yelled at, kicked out and expected to know what we want a second after being kicked out because our little brother was asking for a mask to use since he is younger and didn't have his.

The world is going nuts but the last thing I want to do is support business without any consideration for customer care and service. He then proceeded to stand right next to our little brother after kicking us out. Even though we had masks on. (So why if you are so afraid of this little boy being in your store would you stand right next to him??
