Dinner. Parking lot was full, discovered it was kids night, tried to give benefit of the doubt. Honestly should have left. The cashier didn't offer combo choices or even suggest. Did not give us our drink cups, I had to ask for them. Before finishing our order, someone else asked for a manager, I should have walked out yet again. Sat down. Usually the entire table is served at once. I got my food. Was told the other lasagna was baking. Son got his sandwich 5 minutes later. Daughter got her pasta about 10 minutes after that. Finally breadsticks came around. 40 minutes after ordering, my husband walked up front and inquired as to where his lasagna was. They said we don't know (mind you several grub hub drivers cut the line and were given priority over in store customers sitting down to eat). He said am I even going to get my food? They told him "maybe." I went up front to get a refund, another cashier was crying and customers were telling her not to let it get to her, while 4 other cashiers were standing there looking around not wanting to work. I finally said can I get some help, one very rude cashier said we're busy. I said how about you help me now, I just want a refund. My husband has been waiting over 40 minutes. She said very snotty "Sorry, we're busy doing things." I said "obviously not actually making sure customers get their food, I want a refund, now." The same cashier turned her back and said something about me to the other 4 cashiers standing there at this point. Dani came from the back and gave me a refund, supposedly, still has not hit my bank account. There were 4 trays of prepared food sitting out on the back counter, not under a heat lamp. They were throwing away already prepared and bagged food of customers who got fed up and left. There was no reason for them to be so busy they could not get food served. They cashiers were all young, rude and didn't want to work. I will not be returning, which is a shame as we used to enjoy eating here. At least Dani was very professional and courteous. I suggest the rest of the employees be fired at...
Read moreMy husband & I enjoy coming to this location. The employees are always super sweet & helpful for whatever you need.
My only big issue with this place is on instances like tonight (Aug 30, 2024) the manager Shawn was yelling at his employees very loudly, being very berating at hateful to the young girls working the register. He was working in the kitchen during this, so he was yelling through the port hole to the employee trying to work hard to fix a safety issue (she was running from the register to help where the ice machine in the lobby had its lid almost fall on a customer) while he SCREAMED at her for another issue that did not seem appropriate for the place or time. He made her come back before helping the lobby issue to berate her more. Shawn has ZERO leadership skills from the times I've seen him. There's no reason a grown man should be yelling at what appeared to be a teenager, especially when I was on the opposite side of the store from the situation but could hear almost every single word. It's disappointing that Fazolis would give someone like this a position of power, disgusting really. I hope I never see the Shawn manager ever again. He made me want to go yell at him myself for being so hateful towards his employees. Unacceptable behavior from what appeared to be a man in his 30s/40s. Please do better when picking managers. I hope Shawn gets reprimanded for acting so extremely...
Read moreWe visited this Fazoli’s on a road trip during lunch time. Usually, we love eating at Fazoli’s restaurants and know what to expect. Here it took us 30 minutes to get through the driveway with only 2 cars in front of us. When we got to the window they didn’t have our order ready and made us wait another 10 minutes in the parking lot. When our food arrived it was not what we had ordered. We wanted 2 pizza kids meals, but all we got was one square, styrofoam box with 2 pieces of pizza in it. When we went inside to complain that the order was not right (and showed them our receipt) they refused to fix it and insisted all they could do was give us 2 milks that were meant to be apart of the meal. What about their breadsticks? And why would they think it was appropriate to put two meals in one container? It was not at all what we ordered. After now having wasted a whole hour on our trip at this establishment for two then cold pieces of pizza and some milk we left frustrated and dissatisfied. I would avoid this Fazoli’s in the future, because they are very slow, don’t complete the orders properly and when confronted with their mistake refuse to remedy the problem...
