It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Terrible experience. O stars … This is the first time my teenagers couldn’t finish their food. We showed up to get our food 5 minutes after placing our DoorDash order and they had us waiting for 40 minutes. So we would have thought that the food would be hot and freshly made but I digress.

We had 6 boxes of Wings & Fries and not a single dish was edible. ALL of the chicken was Cold and the fries were soggy and stale. No ranch cups were included. 1 box had NO seasonings at all, 1 box had pieces of hard chicken (but actually just breadcrumbs) that were pieces that would come from the bottom of their frier, 1 box had only 3 fries in it (no joke!), 1 box was OVERLY drenched with sauce, A LOT of the chicken pieces were un-chewable (cartilage 🤮), 1 box had a mixture of breaded and not breaded pieces of chicken with only 6 pieces of chicken.

Worse part was that when I called the restaurant (which is actually Chili’s) they refused to take any responsibility for the food that they made; wouldn’t remake it unless I placed a new order. They told me to take it up with DoorDash if I have an issue and literally hung up on me.

I wouldn’t eat these wings/fries ever again. In fact, 90% of this food is still sitting here UNEATEN!...

I genuinely dont want to make anyone feel bad here, but what im gonna say needs to be said. My brother ordered some of the wings for us all tonight and disappointment doesn't begin to cover how i feel about these wings. Dry, near flavorless (the little bit of flavor you could taste from these wasnt good either) and cold (im not so upset about it being cold cause sometimes that happens when you have food delivered) both my brother and sister ate 2 of these wings and couldnt eat anymore of them, made my sister and myself sick, and im the kinda guy that can eat just about anything and it not effect me. My brothers Nashville hot sauce was basically Buffalo sauce with a bunch of powder seasoning at the bottom. Entirely unsure of how these could be considered wings. I strongly advise against eating from this place until they change how they...

Kinda surprised to see all the negative reviews in here .... So they had a BOGO deal on Uber eats which is what got us started. The price couldn't be beat and we were actually pleasantly surprised with the food and quality. I do wish they would toss the wings instead of just drizzle sauce in them. However, I still enjoyed the sauces. The dry rubs were a little flavorless but that's not really my dig anyways. The BOGO deal is gone now but they still have some of the best prices on wings in town.

As far as wait time(I've seen some complaints). I have ordered pickup and delivery from them probably 8x now and have never had to wait, never received cold food, and have never had a messed up order. I came in here just to say they had good prices but I figured maybe some things have changed since the bad service incidents....
