I went to pick up a pizza I had ordered online ahead and went straight into the drive thru as directed for carry out orders. I waited in line behind two other vehicles for about 10 minutes. Around this time an employee leaned their head out of the window and spoke with the car in front, looked back at the rest of us in line, and pulled his head back in. The car in front had not received any food and had clearly not been asked to pull forward out of the way, like how a normal drive thru works. At the 15 minute mark I left my car in the drive thru and went inside. I asked what was going on with the drive thru line because I'd been waiting for an unnecessary amount of time when my pizza was already done and getting cold. One of your employees from the kitchen thought it was appropriate to say just loud enough for me to hear "calm down lady". I made eye contact with that young woman and replied that she did not have to be rude. As I was being handed my pizzas she yells out again "you don't have to be rude" I'm sorry. I'm a paying customer who is in your establishment RUNNING YOUR DRIVE THROUGH FOR YOU. I have never been disrespected in such a way and I will never be returning to your business. I will be actively warning others against wasting their money in a restaurant where I now fully believe employees would engage in immoral and illegal ways to enact retribution on the same customers who supply their paychecks if they don't like them for whatever reason. I hope you can get your staff in check because this is how restaurants...

I do love Marco's pizza, but this location is hit and miss. They always eventually correct their mistakes, but anecdotally it seems pretty frequent.
Often they have "forgot to add" coupons to their system even after they send out the mailers so they can not be used online. The last time we had to call in and sort it on the phone, and then they sent the wrong pizza. Wrong pizzas happen, they eventually fixed it, and we continued to order from them. But it was a PMag with no P, and thus was not very Mag. Pretty fundamental omissions, especially the Mag.
What really peppered my roni was when we tried to order on the 28th, October (day of this review). They had been promoting this day for their national pizza month special well in advance, but when we tried to use it? "Not in effect."
Thinking surely they had just forgotten to add the coupon yet again, we called and were told "the general manager said we're not doing that special." That's a whole lot of build-up for no delivery, amirite? Way to save a few labor hours on a single Monday at the expense of brand integrity, GM guy. Slow clap for the GM
Do what we should have done from the start and will do going forward: save yourself the time and trouble and get a better, more authentic pie delivered in the same area - order from Joey's...
Read moreSadly I think we’ve made our last order. Marcos has been a favorite for several years but things have changed. We are very understanding of the effects of covid but the experiences we’ve had on our last few orders is about over all quality. Wings have always been a go to here. Our last order was over cooked and the wings were a fraction of the size as normal. We’ve always love the big meaty wings and we always have left overs. Our last order was the same amount we always get and the wings were tiny. I had hungry people at the end. Today we ordered a small cheese pizza that came over cooked which is a bummer cause we’ve always loved soft their crust. We ordered a steak sub and again very different than previous orders. There was almost no filling and the side we ordered was missing. Last, cinnamon bread. We asked for triple butter cause we like them gooey. Basically no butter but looked like triple cinnamon that was all dry as a result. None of this is what we’ve experience in 7 years of ordering the exact same way. We’ve done a few orders over the last few months to see if things were one off moments but these are repeats. Sadly we will be on the hunt for...
