Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Colorado

I ordered a veggie pizza on the phone and was very clear to omit the cheese and bell pepper due to food allergies. We picked up the pizza and did not unwrap it to heat it until later that night. When I unwrapped the pizza, there was bell pepper all over it. I become ill if I eat bell pepper. I called the store before 8:00 pm to tell them about the mistake, and the man who answered the phone said they were closed and refused to make another pizza for me, even though it was before closing time. I paid $16 for a pizza I could not eat with no other food available for the evening. The ticket accurately described my order; however, the instructions were ignored. In the case of a modification of an order, a best practice would be for someone to check the pizza to verify it was prepared correctly, especially in the case of food allergy. I wonder if the owner is aware that the employees do not observe its posted...

We called the same order we have for the past few weeks (large pizza with cheese on only half), and we were told they couldn't do a modifier on a pizza special. We explained there was someone with a dairy allergy and the person on the phone was very understanding and agreed to accommodate. When I went to pick it up, we were told it was a corporate policy to not do modifiers, so the pizza was made with cheese. I am not sure where the miscommunication was, but it was very disappointing to drive to pick up a pizza that couldn't be eaten. Terrible service and will not be returning for this reason, and I will recommend other local avoid...

Recieved a coupon for a free pizza from our employer. Attempted to redeem it. Employee was very rude, informed me that they were out of everything I asked for, including a regular pan pizza crust. After 3 attempts to find something they were not out of, we decided we didn't want this social terrorist to make anything for us. We left. We will not return.
