McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbia

I will start out by saying that this was the first time this location has really screwed up my order to the point of no recognition. Usually I'm pretty satisfied with the food quality and speed. This time was the exception, and I will likely try to eat elsewhere next time I am in the shopping district. I had ordered something semi easy to understand. A #2 with extra onions and pickles and a diet coke, a number #3 extra onions and pickles with a dr pepper, and two classic chicken sandwiches no sauce. The only thing that was right was the drinks and fries. The person who I had to pay left the window open and unmanned, so I had to wait for a bit for him to come up. He was not very polite. They made me wait on the sandwiches, which was fine for 5pm rush. I checked them, only weird thing immediately noticed was the second sandwich was in a plastic container, which at the time I thought could be due to a new promotion on the quarter pounder. Woman who delivered the food was polite and nice. I got home and checked the food to find out they gave me two #3 meals, one without the BUN, just sitting in plastic. No extra onions or pickles either. And the chicken sandwiches were McChickens with sauce, which were actually cheaper than what I ordered. So not only did I come home to food I did not order, I even overpaid.

Moral of the story: If you eat at this location, do not get it the food at rush hour. Even if it doesn't look busy, just...

This trip had me livid. Charity was the MOD, & had an attitude problem. Not only a friggin attitude, but gave us an entire order that was jacked up. Even worse, there was NO OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE. I mean the burgers were so old & nasty my 2 yr old Grandson spit them out !!!!!! Charity tried to act like she didn't have a friggin tude, but it was very obvious. My daughter called back up there to tell her & all she told her was to come back in anytime & they would remake the whole order & hung up. Didn't give us her name or take my daughter's name, nothing. Thankfully my Daughter kept her receipt & when we went back up the next day, I explained to Heather the situation & she was amazing. The food was perfect, my Daughter finally got to eat as well as the rest of us. I would like to Thank Heather & all of the cooks & the young man at the window as well as the gentleman who brought us our food out. Heather and the team that was working the lunch shift on 122719 was amazing. They truly saved the day. Thank you again. Just horrible. I walked in to crowded lobby, several customers waiting on replacements for incorrect orders. I saw one gentleman explain his order three times, each time after workers tried to give him the wrong food. Then, while waiting for his last item, someone gave his food to another customer. many of us in line actually laughed. Felt so bad for that guy. Our order was simple- 2 happy meals and one cup for water. We got happy meals with no drinks and was charged for a large coke and handed a large cup. When I showed her that I did not want a large drink and the order was wrong, I got "oh". No offer to fix it, the girls never got their milk and I didnt get a refund for the not ordered coke. Then, while sitting trying to eat with my two kids, we had to listen to a very non appropriate show on VH1 above our heads on a tv. If they have to bleep out every other word and blur out the fact ladies shirts are not covering what they should be, it should not be on a screen where kids are expected to be.
