McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbia

I can say with complete confidence that this is the WORST place in the Columbia area to go to eat and the WORST McDonald's I have ever seen. I moved here less than 3 years ago and I've been to this McDonald's roughly 6 times. Every single time i went there my order was wrong. The employees are very rude. One other review on here mentioned how the sweet tea is always old and sour, I noticed that as well.I think the only reason this place is still in business is because its on a busy road, thriving on people who haven't had the displeasure of falling victim to their horrible service.

One time it was late at night, i was with 2 friends, and reluctantly we went to this McDonald's. Nobody else was in line at the drive-thru and we asked if we could place 3 orders. A woman working there barked back."You can only place 2 at a time". My friend said "you want us to place two orders, then come back?". She didn't reply. We settled on just placing two, went home, and our orders were all wrong. We took the food back, we were polite and they were rude again, no apology. How did they mess it up when nobody else was there? It had to be on purpose.

I've given this McDonald's several chances to redeem itself, but I'm not going there anymore. Its a miracle this place is still in business. Any time someone asks me wheres the best place to get food near my house I always reply "Anywhere by the McDonald's on...

I personally don't care for McDonalds, but my Grandchildren like to go there so I make exceptions for them. Until today that is, this is among the worse McDonalds Ive ever been to. As a matter of fact this is by far the worse fast food store I've ever been to. Today I stopped by to get my grandsonlunchwho is in Pre-K lunch, which one would think couldn't be that hard to do but hey it is if you go to McDonalds on Garners Ferry. I ordered 1 chicken nugget Happy Meal and instead he got 1 box of pickles and french fries. So when he opened his lunch at school everybody started laughing. Except him!!! I mean this is suppose to be adults fixing this food and I personally fill like they are a bunch of irresponsible idiots. When I ran a company I wanted it to be the best it could be because it reflected on me. The job one does reflects on the manager or boss that runs it. I would not tell anyone that I ran that store. As a matter of fact, I would be ashamed if I owned it, ran it or worked in it. Shame on all of you. The sad thing is not a one of you probably even care, because if you are raised with no pride, self-esteem or respect for ones self what else can you expect. Except less than in everything one...

The service provided by employees here sucks. I needed a child size drink for my 9 year old daughter and the order taker would NOT correct the order. I knew if i made a fuss about it, it would increase the chances of my food being tampered with (i used to work at McDonald's, IT DOES HAPPEN). So i waited until after i got my food to tell the 2nd employee that i needed a smaller cup and i had to say it over and over as she was determined to give me something I didnt need. Customer service is horrible at pretty much any McDonald's. They dont hire good people who care about the quality of service they provide. My visits there and few and far between as there is some issue most of the time. I would say if u dont mind the anti LGBTQ hate, you'll have a great experience at chik fil a almost everytime and they have way more healthy choices. I love the grilled nuggets for kids and they don't hire idiots that have trouble walking while chewing gum - you feel me? But if u go, ignore their death ray stares and ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Especially if u ask for nugget sauce. I went home without sauce once and it nearly traumatized my kid.
