Decided to try Adam's Eden, because it was parked near my building at work. I had a chicken quesadilla, and while the ingredients were great, the tortilla was blackened in a way I'm not used to from a grill. Instead of charred grill marks, it was just kind of black, like it was covered in soot. It literally left a bad flavor in my mouth.
Also, the person who was taking orders/cooking took my payment (debit card) with her food covered gloves still on her hands. I'm not concerned for my card, but for the food. I went ahead and ordered the beef hot dog and fries and the hot dog was very small and looked old and dry and discolored on the inside. The fries (crinkled and straight) were NOT cooked in fresh oil. They were very dark and had a horrible after taste. My coworker got the buffalo chicken and said the chicken was very tough and hard to chew. Decided to try the Porker, a pulled pork sandwich with crispy coleslaw on top and some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce on top. You talk about a great sandwich, oh my, super tasteful. Also ordered Green Beans which had corn, green beans, red peppers I believe and some pieces of pork. Delicious. Then some Baked Beans, they were nice and mild tasting, pieces of pork, chopped onions.
