My friends and I attended a concert on 3/26/25 and had a blast with the band. Everything was well until someone passed out by me. People from the crowd were amazing and gave space and as much help as possible to get the individual better. When staff was alerted about an emergency someone came and honestly told them there was not much to be done, but wait for the individual to get up. The whole time the crowd members where going to the persons aide the staff member just looked nervous and laughed a bit. I understand being nervous during an event with an emergency, but why were no other staff members called? Why aren’t there any Ems or officers on the premises to help during medical emergencies? This large theatre held over 950 as stated in their site and there was no precautions established for emergencies? We were afraid the individual was going to begin seizing or worse. Thankfully with the help of kind strangers they were able to the individual up and in a better location to recover. It’s honestly frustrating and disgusting that there was barely help from staff. Not to mention there was no air circulation what so ever in the theatre and I witnessed a lot of people having to leave and take breathers from the concert. If this wasn’t the biggest issue the night would have been amazing. I hope if any higher up sees this that there is a chance on being better in the future with...
Read moreThe performance was amazing. Everything was perfect. So were all the staff who were helping us. Very nice and helpful. The building I believe needs renovation. Very old. the toilets were real disaster. Never seen such old, filthy toilets anywhere else! There should be some sort of policy during the performance which can be supervised and nicely done by the staff. In the middle of a beautiful performance, there was a very loud, constant noise for a long period of time. something like plastic or chips packet noise but even louder. I am unsure if it could be from the projector/equipment or from people there but it was a total disaster. I expected a staff at least give them notice for this unbelievable carelessness. Please be mindful about it. It severely affects the experience and is very...
Read moreThe performance was great, the sound quality was good with some mic feedback here and there. The light work was fantastic. The venue clearly didn't anticipate how many people were going to show up, the seats filled up almost immediately and the standing room was packed and spilling out into the hallway (sold out show). Lines for drinks and merch spilled up and down stairwells and staff had to seperate lines to try to keep it orderly. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Staff was very serious about no one recording as per the artist request, which I respect. Would definitely see a show here again but I'm a little frustrated at the amount of space given for a popular artist that sold...
