Credit Union of Ohio - Downtown Branch — Local services in Columbus

I've been a member of various credit unions over the years and am very happy with all the services they provide. Sometimes I have to use a Shared Branch credit union- enter Credit Union of Ohio! This place is a block away from my work and I go there several times a year. I'm not a member personally of Credit Union of Ohio, but their employee Mack does an amazing job at customer service.

I hadn't been in for a few months but as soon as I entered, Mack said "Hi Aaron!" in an excited 'nice to meet you' voice. It was a great feeling of appreciation for coming in and that he remembered me with all the other people that come in daily.

I am a fan of credit unions and especially of good credit unions - the level of service is just not matched bye todays banks. The Credit Union of Ohio is a VERY good credit union. I initially joined Credit Union of Ohio to purchase a vehicle at a substantially lower interest rate. Gina Blalock helped me navigate through the process. She exceeded my expectations. Recently, I transferred the balance of a higher interest rate credit card to one offered by CUO. Again, I was able to secure an interest rate at more than half less of what I was paying originally.
