Okay, finally writing a review. I work 3rd's at Nationwide and this is by far my favorite place to order from. I have never been disappointed by one of their pizzas. They have set an extremely high bar for the price! I've had pizzas cost twice as much but not taste as good. The wings are amazing. Nice crisp skin and tender meat on the inside. Haven't had all the rubs and sauces but the ones I've tried are fantastic. Cheesy garlic bread is a great value and taste's amazing! Especially with a side of marinara. House salad is huge for the price and I usually get it with the peppers on the side because they can be a bit overpowering. I'm not a big buffalo sauce/flavor person, but I love their buffalo pizza and tots. The tots weren't exactly what I was expecting because they are a bit broken apart and doesn't have actual buffalo sauce on them. I could see this being disappointing for some, but was a plus for me. The subs seem like they would be better in house. They've been hit and miss for me. Got one and it was fresh and fantastic, but got another delivered and it was a bit cold, but the flavor was still good (same story with the motz sticks). The baby bellas and deep fried pickles are amazing. They don't have the pickles listed on the online menu found on their website for this location, but I called in once and ordered and they are really good. I was a bit disappointed by the fries. I'm a big fry guy but these were all a bit soggy. Again, I think this is more likely due to them being delivered and would likely be better in house, but still disappointing. However, they do give you A LOT of them, which is nice. I have yet to try the pastas or deserts, but a guy I work with says they are great! Looking forward to trying them. I also haven't tried any of the fish items, but I haven't heard great things about it (can't be great at everything I guess?) and I'm not big on fish anyways. It might be one of those situations where its better ordered in house. To finish off this rant, I just had a pizza ordered that was supposed to be half cheese and half bacon w/ banana peppers but the whole thing ended up with bacon and banana peppers. I called and they immediately made a new pie AND gave us another order of fries. Anyway, this place will certainly continue being my main go-to spot!

The food is delicious and made to order. There's always a wait, but it's worth it if you can. Their lunch special is nice and the staff are always friendly. The dessert options are always interesting, like deep fried reese's and oreos. The best boneless wings ever are here. Real chicken breast is cut up, seasoned, and cooked for this -- no frozen premade chicken. They've recently moved locations, which made me sad. It use to be within walking distance of my office. Edit: There's no dining in after 10pm (we walked in at 10pm on the dot) even though they're open late and there's a sign that says to seat yourself near the door. When asked if that's the usual time we were told no but it's that way today. The employee then walks away to check on people that are dining in before coming back to give us menus to look at. It's a bit frustrating after driving 20 mins to dine in to have bday dinner. Neither their site nor Google hours indicate this. There are also people that are dining in while we wait for our now carryout order to be cooked. The do appear to be friends with the employee that said carryout only.

We live in Marengo and go to that location. We are so excited to have your business in our community! We have next to zero places to choose from to eat and drink so your business is so welcomed in our community. We have gone twice now and sample several things from the menu: pizza, Buffalo chicken egg rolls, pepperoni egg rolls, onion rings & drinks. So far, everything we tried was absolutely delicious and prices are reasonable too! The pizza pictured below is pep & Italian sausage. Has a medium thickness on crust and plentu of toppings. Was baked perfectly. Onion rings are made with purple onions and a delicious batter. Large amount for your money. Also, service and waitstaff has been excellent! If you live anywhere in the area, you should stop in sometime and enjoy a meal and/or drinks. I hope this business is here to stay and is very successful!

We ordered a large pizza, 25 wings and potato skins for a large group, almost $70 worth of food. After roughly 20 minutes, I called in to make sure they had received the order, since we ordered with a third party app and I've had issues with those apps handing the order off the the restaurant. I fully expected it to be cooking still, but as long as the order was in correctly I was happy. The woman on the phone took my info, my order, and placed me on hold to check for several minutes. She came back and told me my food should be on its way soon, which was very quick and I was pleased. An hour later, we still have no food, so I call back, and I'm informed that my order was never confirmed or made, even though I received a successful confirmation email for the order and was told by an employee that our order was confirmed and being made. The manager, or whoever acted like the manager, could be heard berating me in the background before he ever took the phone, clearly blaming me without any knowledge of the event. He took the phone, and repeatedly blamed me and the third party app for them not receiving my order. Even when I told him I called in to confirm they had received the order, and his own employee told me they had it, he continued to blame everyone else for the mistake. Had the woman I spoke with done her job and due diligence, we would have found out much earlier that my order was never placed, but instead I was lied to and then cursed at by the manager when I called back to get the issue resolved. After listening to him yell at me for a while, we tried to get them to just forget about it and send us the food, for full price, as we were more hungry than upset at this point. The "manager" then quickly devolved into what could only be described as a spiteful teenager, telling us "your homeboy needs to shut the f* up" before going on a rant that basically said we as the customer are always wrong, nothing was his fault, and if we wanted our food we "can come down to 3rd St and make it yourself". All of this was after we STILL attempted to get the food sent out and resolve it in a professional manner, but the manager of this restaurant clearly wanted to let us know exactly how upset he was at us for his mistake. I will never order from this restaurant again after the way I was treated, and I will actively make sure others know of my experience and avoid it as well.

UPDATE: The response from the owner paints a picture of a victim, but his actions speak for themselves. This review is a truthful and accurate representation of what occurred, with multiple witnesses. I am far from "impossible to please" all I wanted was an apology and my food, and instead I was yelled at and blamed for mistakes the restaurant made. I hope the owner learns some humility and starts taking ownership of his actions instead of blaming...

Hey I don’t usually write constructive criticizing reviews, but my wife and I visited this place tonight June 2nd, 2025, around 5 o’clock, and it was just not great unfortunately. I manage a restaurant and we have very high standards which I don’t hold other places to, but I felt like every area of business here was just way under expectations. We arrived and were unsure whether to sit down or not because no one was there to greet us, then we get called over behind the check in desk to order with the lady by the kitchen. When we came over she handed us two menus that had over %50 of the items crossed out, but luckily the pizza was still available. But when looking over the menu she was talking to another employee who was standing right by us about all this drama that sounded to be within the restaurant, and it really gave off a bad first impression to begin with. Then we ordered, and the lady was not hospitable at all(not unfriendly, just no effort to be kind). Then we waited for precisely 31 minutes before getting our small 10” and gf pizza. Also, it was only us dining in there tonight, no one else came in. I got up at 30 minutes to go and ask about our food and that’s when they were about to bring it out, but no apologies or anything, just brought it out and asked us after 31 minutes if we would want some drinks, so we got two waters. Again it could have been a one off, I understand being at work when it’s slow and not wanting to maintain the urgency as if it were busy even just for two guests, but I was very disappointed by tonight’s presentation. Sorry for the long message, I just hope that I can hit on every point I noticed so that hopefully these things are acknowledged and improved...
